Hard to say how the market will respond to the restructuring, but I am one of the posters who thinks it will soften the price.
I think retail bond issuance is the new wave of financing where as a few ago it was floating more shares to pay for growth. Do you think the Brent crude price will hold or slide next year?? I keep hearing the market suggest a softer price- not sure I subscribe to that idea. Hollow
This has been on my watchlist for a couple of months. It could be headed towarded profitability this quarter, but won't know until their press release. also see potential here. Hollow
JB, I think the same way as you do about dilution of this size, that it becomes a short strategy for certain investors. Stopped out before the anouncement my-self. I haven't felt comfortable with the company, probably because I don't understand the restructuring..Partially because i googled the partners. This mb crowd is counting the resources estimates as if they are in the bank already and the costs as if they are textbook perfect. Give me a break. Hopefully everybody who stays in makes money. Keep the thread coming JB. Cheers, Hollow
Hugh, In the vain of getting thinks right for the readers and the company, perhaps it does matter. Hollow
Hugh, I appreciate your diligence and postings. So of the total shares 1.2 bil what % do you think CAK holders now have? Hollow
Investing jr oils, I keep track of the WTI and Brent futures. go to bar chart site, futures, then energy. Mainly for a larger view of the market. The difference between 2 two futures was in excesss of 20 bucks, then recently 10 bucks- now about 15 and trending upward. There seems to be an overall market "understanding" that the future prices will tend downward with a glut on the supply side. Not sure it I subscribe to it. Hollow
