Hoping for my sake we get a 1.5+% pop so I can sell my Jan options and then it pulls back so I can load more LEAPS. This is just for me, though.
You're a #$%$ if you are recommending SRPT. Best buyout candidate is ACAD or CLDX.
You obviously haven't been in very long. This stock fluctuates like a wife with raging hormones.
Said the offer from Berk was too low.
I never had a problem with you for the longest time, but you post way too damn much. It's time to put you on ignore. GL, ahren.
Don't worry. It showed me that GNW was up $47. I would have stood to make like $175,000 :(
Are you basing this on the fact it is down pre-market on 360 shares. FNMA trades that 4x over per second on average.
Why do we start flying up when this came out?
The Senate’s decision on Thursday to allow simple majority votes on whether to proceed with executive and judicial nominees raises the likelihood that the president’s previously blocked pick to lead the Federal Housing Finance Agency will finally succeed.
Last month Rep. Mel Watt, a North Carolina Democrat, failed a test vote to advance his nomination to become the new chief of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s regulator. At that time, moving forward with Watt’s nomination received only 56 “yes” votes, four short of the 60 needed. On Thursday the Senate approved the “nuclear option” by reversing long-standing rules calling for a 60-vote threshold.
This guy is bad news, right?
Thanks, cane. I wasn't really looking for info on what the candlesticks signal for ACAD, but thank you anyway. I am just trying to get real-world application of how to apply candlesticks and how to spot patterns. I start my Master of Finance program at The Ohio State University next fall and I do my own investing to the tune of only 50k or so right now (just turned 23). I have been pretty successful in my trading, but I want to work for a hedge fund when I graduate or become a financial manager. I, nonetheless, want to add candlestick chart reading to my arsenal.
