  • I just finished a 3 year auto lease through Ally. They were the single worst company I have ever had to deal with and I have leased at least 15 vehicles in my life. BEWARE when you turn the vehicle back in they are going to "take you to the cleaners".

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

The number of SNF facilities is dropping while the population is aging. The market is being irrational in the short run, as it often is. Nothing has changed.

    Summary

•Dollar cost averaging is a common practice and since the stock is cheaper when it was purchased originally, it has a wider margin of safety.

•OHI has pulled back due to its exposure with Genesis Healthcare, the largest tenant.

•I see no reason to believe that OHI has become a riskier REIT, instead, I believe OHI is a much safer REIT today.

    Summary

•Part of my investment strategy in 2016 is to take a tactical approach within healthcare, not just to buy a handful or REITs.

•In September, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services upgraded OHI’s corporate credit rating to BBB- from BB+ with a stable outlook.

•In the Greek alphabet, alpha is the first letter and omega is the last, but clearly 2000 was not the end for OHI.

•OHI increased its 2015 AFFO guidance upward to $3.06 to $3.07 per share and that provides a good barometer that the company should continue to generate robust dividend growth in.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
