For the record I'm long ONCS.
However, what type of company and CEO schedules presentation when you have nothing really positive to announce and if anything mention a delay? There is cost both in time and money to go to these conferences. It makes little sense to schedule them if nothing positive to say.
So either ineptitude, a change in situation, or they just wanted a vacation.
Fair enough. Their P/S ratio is in line with the industry and gross margins did go down a little.
However the have pretty good size growth runway, approved products, and trials underway. I can't image their not being a target ripe for acquisition.
I think a reasonable pps would be for it to trade in the 22-25 range.
....yet the price per share languishes around the same range.
Although management is doing a good job with AtriCure, they hardly are maximizing shareholder value. Time to explore other options.
He doesn't need to keep a straight face when he is laughing all the way to the bank form the bonus he makes due to Morgan Stanley's other financial relationships with Tesla.
Years ago this was called criminal, these days no one really seems to care anymore how broken the system is.
...they miss it by over a thousand vehicles this ER and they are still up.
It confounds logic; until you realize what a financial house of cards propped up by Morgan et al. this is.
The operating term being "like crazy" (or perhaps "on a wing and a prayer" would be more fitting).
It not even a dream anymore, the dream of perfect execution that was priced in has shattered. This is manipulation and short covering. Oh well, it's no wonder that retail doesn't matter anymore.
Everyone knows it is manipulation. Same exact rumors last year prior to convertible offering. The problem is no one seems to care and the investment banks and funds run the market and self-regulate.
Tomorrow they will continue to lose money on every car sold and need to go back for another secondary.
Goes to show you that the market really is devoid of all logic and is pretty much a rigged casino.
I'm not in it for much anymore, and time is my ally on this holding. Eventually all companies have to deal with fundamentals, the next cash raise should be interesting.
Last time it was buy out rumors (including Apple), Morgan raising their target, batteries for the power-grid and China. The only thing different this time is that we'll probably not hear about China as much.
Will you turn into the Incredible Hulk or something?
Sure, he didn't directly take the money during the sting, but did agree to the whole cocaine for $$$ exchange scheme.
...and it wound up being a sting operation and he was busted.
30 years later and too big to fail IBs like Morgan Stanley and Goldman are complicit in funding a company with more or less the same economic fundamentals as DeLorean. The difference is that no one seems to care anymore, it's simply how the game is played.
It would be more 'amazing' if any of your multiple posts per day actually stated any facts or numbers instead of rumors and speculation.
So you think they simply clapped their hands and the Model S appeared? (Roadster ring a bell?)
Maybe you should read up on the history of the company you are investing in.
The issue is that some of still, perhaps, foolishly think fundamentals matter.
BTW check out HERO as a flyer (i.e. high risk/reward) when it comes to 'betting' on the oil correction ending.
