    I guess I should know this, but I don't.

When we see prices per ton, is that 2200lbs/ton or 2000lbs/ton? In this case, that's the difference between Cu at 3.40/lb or 3.09/lb.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Hi everyone-
Rainy day here in northern California, so I doodled around on Google Maps.

If you're so inclined, the Thompson Creek Mine is at 44.316423, -114.551969. (You can also get there by looking for Thompson Creek Rd, Clayton, ID).

You can put in Mt. Milligan Mine, Bulkley-Nechako C, BC, Canada, but it doesn't look like much is there. Anyone know if that position is correct? Is it just an old satellite view?

The Endako Mine is at 54.036076, -125.113558. Also inputting Endako Mine Rd, Endako, BC, Canada will get you close.

I missed part of the call (had to run to the grocery store for the honey) so I apologize if this was covered.

So after the first analyst's question about why they don't just experiment with blasting patterns etc for six months before instead rushing into a rather sizable cash outlay, Perron said the results they would get from adding a secondary crusher would be much better than simply blasting.

I have been (mistakenly?) under the impression that they felt they were going to get to nameplate capacity without the secondary crusher, but that the secondary crusher would improve throughput and recoveries to the point that it is a good investment.
Am I mistaken about the need for the secondary crusher just to get to original planned throughput?

If I'm not mistaken, I feel like JP missed an opportunity to clarify that this isn't additional money possibly being spent to get us where we thought we would be without it, but instead is additional optional money being invested because it will get a good return ... and hopefully emphasize that it's a high marginal return.

Sorry if this was addressed later in the call. I haven't been able to go back and listen to the part I missed yet.
