Having seen no information on the expected Green Valley investments in Q1, I would expect Dais will announce a further delay. With the recent MultiStack license info, it would seem that the Dais revenue will also decline significantly.
Wonder if there will be an 8K announcement today regarding the Green Valley investment (or lack thereof) since it is the end of the quarter and was due on Jan 25 per the 8K filed in December. Should be an interesting quarter. Expectations are revenue down due to the Conserv systems now being licensed and built by Multistack, delayed investment. The only good thing is that they wiped off the debt so immediate pressures are gone.
Sentiment: Sell
With the 10K, they announced that the Green Valley investment hadn't been made.
The Operating results show a ($1.2M) loss on the $3.6M sales level, excluding amortization, impairment and interest charges, add any of these and the losses are even greater. The "income" was due to warrant valuation changes, which isn't real income.
Sentiment: Sell
Not sure what new math you are using but mine was spot on and based on reported numbers. Licensing generally reduces revenue not increasing it.
You are correct on the Q4 Sales. With the $150K in deposit counted as revenue, their growth was 4.3% YoY. If that is excluded, their growth was flat. Given the promise of the technology over the last 10 years, hardly the desired result.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Was looking for Conserve on the Multistack site and it had been removed. Not sure what is going on between the two companies.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
No, Dais has no batteries. They talk about a capacitor, but that is far different from a battery.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Yes, it is back on, but a pretty poor showing on their site at this point. Little to no real information and no contact info. Seems to be a painful integration at best. Dais' site is still up and makes no reference to Multistack, so not sure if they are competing for sales or not.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Losses of $306K on revenue of $620K. Almost 50% loss. $18K in cash and cash equivalents. Management team down to CEO and CFO according to web site. A weak bench and balance sheet for a technology/R&D company.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
