...China Mobile (NYSE:CHL) has denied the recent media reports that said it had finalized a distribution deal with Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), reports Reuters. On Thursday, the Wall Street Journal cited an unnamed insider source that reported that the carrier would announce its recently signed agreement with Apple at a China Mobile conference on December 18.
this should be expected - lots of money sitting on the sidelines waiting to get the report. my guess is it'll be better than expected but nowhere close to the ADP #.
I had similar experience at a Chili's. Unfortunately many of their restaurants are franchised and they have different practices than the company owned stores. For instance Chili's generally gives free refills on sodas but when I visited one of the franchised own restaurants they would not give me a free refill. They also have the option to accept or not accept company generated coupons. Most restaurant guests don't know if it is a company owned or franchised location. Your McDonald's sounds like one of those that is not too customer friendly. Bad management imo!
Its all in sentiment and sentiment has changed. Analysts who previously hated Apple have gotten back on the wagon. We'll see north of $700 again soon! Enjoy the ride. I enjoyed the first ride and am anxiously awaiting the second!
