Yeah, but can the dude SELL this stuff. So far, all I've seen is him demo a hanging tupper ware stool bowl.
Then he goes after the GI's who are the very doctors that don't actually want to see Cologuard succeed. These clowns can run a half dozen procedures on any given Thursday and pocket a clean 6000.00 for themselves. The doctors that SHOULD have been recruited are the primary care general practitioners. These are the doctors who dispensed the FIT test CG was intended to replace. As a previous poster reported, there are over 250,000 "primary care" doctors out there. Why focus on 7500 GI guys when you've got such a tremendous precedent with the GP community? I don't know what comes of the earnings report or the JPM announcement, but it had better be impressive or this guy could be slipping on the proverbial "banana peel" when it comes time to re negotiate his contract. Maybe the simultaneous FDA/CMS approval was just an accident - of the favorable kind - for which KC doesn't deserve the credit.? How bout them apples?

I realize you're making a joke out of this but here's the sad truth as I see it:
There will be no new news coming from this company in January, no upgrades, no nada! End of storyI

mean really, what's left to say?
The product is out and nobody really gives a hoot. I for one have not seen or heard any significant senior citizens buzz about them clamoring at the local rite aid to just to get their hands on one of our stool kits. In fact, the only seniors I know won't even go for a colonoscopy! What makes you clowns think there going to be willing to send in the "whole enchilada"? Capiche?
    End of story...

At an average daily volume of around 2 million, I see that as 14 continuous days of $2.00 to $3.00 moves straight up....as long as this company's PR department knows how to handle the release of the upcoming news. Heee Heee Heee!

    Desperate option manipulation trick

    by bioimmunomabman Dec 22, 2014 11:50 AM

Its called a short butterfly spread and designed to milk premium out of the "middle". This guy is playing it safe with an equidistance from the 15.00 strike and the 30.00 strikes. No doubt he's writing delta neutral calls and puts in between and will rebalance as he goes to milk option premium from you suckerzzz!
Alternatively, it gives him 5000 x 100 or 500K in leverage where he can go short or long stock between two separate tax ID's in order to create volatility. Without these clowns messing with this stock, it would be at 45.00 by now ...in my opinion. BUY THE PULLBACKS off of the highs at .50c increments/ 4 legs and you'll continue to have opportunity for profits!

  • The "error" was in that some numbskull, intentionally MIS INTERPRETED a report from 1 month ago,t and spread it across the "ethosphere" for the benefit of his massive short account. And guess what? It WORKED!! Haahaa! How bout THEM apples?

  • crapnebula by crapnebula Dec 20, 2014 6:05 PM Flag

IF you truly wish to find the EXACT culprit behind yesterdays manipulation, you need to look no further than the two individuals who made and approved a 4500 lot of puts; The BUYER of 4500 puts with a SAME DAY expiration and the SELLER of those 4500 puts. One or both of these individuals had a hand in manipulating both the news, its false implications being disseminated throughout the ETHOSPHERE: Twitter, Yahoo, Reddit, Investors Hub, Raging Bull, Fly on the Wall etc and as such, indirectly manipulated share price. This was an orchestrated attack based upon false information. Motive? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ !

"They"? Oh right Drc388, "THEY". Do you know what else "they" say?
"They" say that "HOPE is not a viable investment strategy".
"They" say that "What Goes up, MUST come down"
"They" say that "you can't believe everything that you read".

    That is what THEY say....

Hat's off to you! You called this one and put it in writing as the blowhards criticized. 29.80 - 27.66 at this moment.
That's 2 points and counting - another 3 to go and I cash out for this portion of the ride!
    Congrats!

You forgot to mention one thing: They cashed in their "incentive shares" AFTER the buyout offer.
What some are inferring here is that these clowns intend to use the cash on hand (OUR earnings and investments) to buy the shares that THEY were given as incentive - yet they have failed miserably to "perform". Let's not put the cart ahead of the horse here!

  • crapnebula crapnebula Dec 9, 2014 5:44 PM Flag

  • Can we all at least agree on that?
Never before have I seen such inappropriate behavior in the stock market.
    Disgusting, simply disgusting.
But alas, in spite of this we are lining up the funds to average down with our already sizeable investment in this position. At 30, we will be re entering at which time we will likely see an unprecedented pullback, making this one of the best shorts in the history of the firm.

  • As a method of lower costs, most big PPO's have an ongoing involvement with board member cross over in addition to policy's of an over all intertwined relationship with the big medical device manufacturors such as STRYKER. Stryker's Medical Options
Stryker offers most employees two UnitedHealthcare PPO plans—the Choice PPO and the Value PPO. However, depending on where you live, you may have alternative options. Your options are described below.
The UnitedHealthcare Choice and Value PPO Plans
A PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) is a managed care arrangement that allows you to choose in- or out-of-network care each time you need a medical service or supply. When you use in-network providers, PPO plans pay a higher percentage of covered charges.
UnitedHealthcare manages Stryker's PPO network. UnitedHealthcare is also the claims administrator for the PPOs and the Out-of-Area plan.

Its over folks. The colonoscopy service providers have too much invested to allow tiny EXAS to pop their cash cow balloon!
