Patience old man. Weren't you the one teaching everyone to be patient 15 minutes ago?

  • I WILL SHORT AGAIN!! (I will let you know when I pull the trigger)

  • The market for Cologuard is NOT the market for Colonoscopy. The company has stated this many times over!!

    When? Can you say "never"?
Competition will be here sooner than you think.

  • I wouldn't be surprised if we hit 24.00 within the next 3 days. The 50% retracement level seems to be honored by the technicals in this stock so my guess is that they bring it there and then go down and "shake the tree" at around 24. Could it drop lower? Well of course, but that would require a broad market selloff.
As for your legions of short interest? They will cover using a complex trading algorithm commensurate with REALIZED earnings. I've seen the program that is most widely used and informed by a very large fund manager that nearly all of the shorts are using some variation of the same modis operandi. Not only d they have patience, it's programed into their money management. It's not just some knee jerk reaction to a fabricated rally with some trumped up rationale that bears greater resemblance to a popularity contest. Remember, the big guys in the fund world are like ice. They know too well about the unpopular kid who throws big parties, gives away a ton of party favors only to find his popularity rating has sunk even lower at the end of it all. Pereption within the crowd has a mind of it's own and in most cases, can't be bought. On the other hand usinesses and the potential earnings they bring can be bought but its more a matter of you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours. So far we have benefited by two such arrangements; the Mayo Clinic and The State of Wisconsin, but they have been expensive partners to deal with. They Mayo actually required a fee up front in addition to a "piece of the action", while the state of Wisconsin is asking the company to fund a major redevelopment project with the Tax incentive monies they guaranteed Conroy for relocating the facility in Madison. It all stinks but this is in fact the way it works. The sleazy underbelly of the beast if you will.
As for me? I will wait for the earnings to catch up with even a $1,000,000,000 market cap before I plunk down another dollar towards 2,000,000,000. No KoolAid for me Thankyou!

I think that the 250k short cover is what the latest rally was all about; finding a buyer for one of our big owners who loaded up at 22, at 25.10. That number may likely become the new ceiling.

  • This is "par for the course" with this stock. It will be going down below 25.00 simply because there is money to be made in doing so. If you are only looking at the forward (unproven) fundamentals and wish list for where this stock will be in 6 months, then you are only looking at 1/2 the story. Its a good company but the stock continuously gets ahead of the company while no relevant catalysts exists yet. I'll buy once the pullback is over or once the company gives us actual dollar commitments by way of new customers. That's what it's all about at this point; ACTUAL EARNINGS aka NEW MONEY IN THE BANK (as opposed to the shoulda woulda coulda maybe gonna earnings we hear being crowed about for the past year.

I think that just about any board survey would reveal you to be a "troll" if anyone.
If you're truly a swing trader then you are either a short right now or will be by the end of the day.

He already said it was small potatoes. i don't know what you newbie longs are always getting all hot and bothered over. He's a swing trader- just like me (he always has been). I like this stock because it moves extremely fast and more often than not, in exaggerated moves. That's a great thing about it for people like us. Instead of criticizing him, you should be congratulating him. FYI, the stock has dumped another .50c since he posted. We moved up over 4 points in as many days. A relatively small 50% correction of that move would not surprise me one bit.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
