I have been following it about 2 yrs. They have good technology, but very poor execution. The product might get some use, but there are just too many other options for diabetics. Most patients on insulin love their Insulin Pens, brand loyalty. Tiny needles you hardly feel, no refrigeration, I thought it would hit a bottom at 5+, and I would consider buying but Chart is saying $3+. So I wouldn't touch it at this point until I see a change in management. This company has made suckers out of the shareholders. Terrible.
AF is just doing what he does best, he puts out his negative articles on vulnerable targets. And MNKD is an easy target. You are mad at the wrong person.
Worst management, weak product with good technology, worst promotion of a product in mankind(pun), weak stats, no shareholder value. And who's fault is it. Something needs to change.
If you would have bought good companies stocks every time the market crashed, you would be a billionaire by now .
25 mil dilution and somehow "they" are holding up the sp by what?..buying retail? Man....get a bigger shovel.
You understand there are drugs approved already by the FDA that exhibit the same phenomena. .......... It's really not that complicated.
Is that it? Is that your best come back?...that doesn't even match up to the classic..."Yo Mama ".
...use a SELL STOP. The MM see's your sell point and can now judge how far to drop the stock to take your shares and clear a bunch of Sell Stop from you rookies...you lock in your losses...so now the MM turning around and selling your shares higher. Don't play their game. if you must, have a "mental Sell Stop ". You are giving the MM the advantage using a Sell Stop.
Big picture is they aren't that smart. They throw their money around trying to build a biotech portfolio. Their money manager will get canned...heads will roll. Huge loss, somewhere over $100 mill +.
This purchase is like a low hanging fruit. They didn't buy ACAD or ITCI for 5 Billion. Only spent 560Mil, for a new anti-depressant P3 drug with fast onset. Allergan one of the best managed companies. Smart purchase. They dump their generic's ( they only get cheaper ) and now committed to expanding their pipeline. I would imagine they see the success in the sector and are building for the future. This may get other companies to look closely in the same sector...ACAD....ITCI...etc. Good move for Allergan, it may help us in the long run.
