Shorts are planning to focus on biotech ( SA article) and will hit with everything they got today, Which I believe will drop the stock early, so don't get shaken out. Remember they are in it for the short term gain, they are a bunch of "Fast Buck Freddies". They love to brag about their gains of $250 here and $175 there. They are very short sighted, but take advantage of a sour market atmosphere. They know little of the companies fundamentals or science and don't care. Many shorts will cover close to noon (11am-12p), or toward end of the day. Shorts are their own worst enemy. Some will hold over the long weekend, but in my view that will be a mistake. This could be the best buying op to date. There is no news to hold us, only our resolve and belief in the company.
Remember the Golden Rule of Shorting : ALL SHORT SALES END IN A BUY.
I remember reading this in the past and wondering about why the patients have to receive I.V. medication? I figure there are several reason. 1) to judge the difference in pharmacokinetic (PK) , ie blood levels for I.V. vs. oral. In that way they can apply for an indication for oral and intravenous therapy (some patients can not swallow). 2) To judge the safety profile of both. 3) Not sure about this, but there maybe different placebo effects with IV. vs Oral. Some patients may think they are getting better care or medication with a I.V. treatment.
Think then 1-2 month for FDA acceptance, 4-6 month for approval, Feb 2016 soonest-May 2016 latest for Drug approval. Can re-calculate upon NDA acceptance.
So now the FDA has 60 days to accept or reject the Application, Then if the FDA can give this a "Priority Review" status. Without it the Prescription Drug User Fee Act ( PDUFA) date can take up to 10 months, with Priority Review, 6 months. I am thinking because this is a very unmet need, and their is No Drug Indication for Parkinson's Disease Psychosis, the date will be sooner than 6 months.
He no doubt was offered the CEO position based on his ability to get the NDA done. Let me be fair minded here. I don't like Davis for reasons mentioned in the past regarding the last NDA delay. But I will put that behind me now and hope he can carrier us to Drug approval, BO, Partnership, EU NDA etc. He is a lot stronger of a man than I believed. The Peter Principle notwithstanding, I will give him all my support..
This #$%$ wHOLE spams his junk stocks over and over again and has the nerve to make this dimwit post. Keep in mind Confucius, WHAT GOES 'ROUND, COMES AROUND.
