You know they place more emphasis on the numbers, EPS, Rev, etc and usually pay less attention to the potential of the pipeline. Kind of like Cramer. Good for Ma and Pa Kettle buying Big Pharm, but for small biotechs it is not as helpful to use Rev and EPS , a lot of HOT Biotechs don't even have Rev's.
My personal PT is more like $7-$8. Buyout PT is about $15-$20. But the point is the UPGRADE by Zacks - they tend to be conservative and somewhat "old school " in their evaluations, EPS etc. This stock is going a whole lot higher than $6.25-Zacks PT.
When you are CEO of a small company that is bound for a huge uptake in MK, 1mil shares is a nice bonus and well deserved. Now COVER your bung shorty.
Thats only true if you are talking about a "company"...and we all known ACAD is not a company ...right Spader?
"Cabo RCC= 300M" is low. Afinitor cost over $11+K per month. And can be used well over a yr. So rev's could be over 400-500Mill once the penetration rate increases.
Why don't you go to therapy...I understand there is no good therapy for personality disorders....but at least you could try. I know you failed therapy in the past. Perhaps trying it again will help with your insecurity that is so obvious. Anger at portsmouth...he is just your "target of the day ". Its more like a cry for help. So this little manifesto is just another way for you to feel better about your own maladaptive personality dysfunction. Anyone can see you are really angry at life, at your upbringing, your parents, your teachers, anyone you meet, your dog, the world, Christmas, dirt on the floor, germs on your hands, your beta fish, women, anyone who shows kindness is interpreted as weakness, basically you are mad at.... YOURSELF. Now this is no joke, get help. You are headed to destroying someone ...despite your insight -you are well aware of your problem - unfortunately people like you are too narcissistic to take your anger out on yourself. Get help, before you do something stupid.
Not sure why the 5.07. perhaps 5.40 is + fees, I don't know. BTW the offering is typical of many stocks not just biotechs, that bump up to a new level on good news.
