Its over valued. Not enough patients, other indication in P2, HIGHLY premature $22 Price Target.... Sell and laugh all the way to the bank. Even 1Billion is way out of line with only a few thousand , maybe 10K patients who "Might" end up on this Rx. Good luck. No need to reply .

CF pt's who need the Rx...way small group of pt's. maybe 10K patients first year or two if you figure 20% penetration. Other indications in P2. I don't think i know enough to say jump in (INSM). The new price target of $22 seems a bit premature. at any point good luck with that. If i had bought it at ...say $7...I would be dumping it right about now.
