ok not a problem,I just happen to see if I could figure out who was making Pima for ACAD at this time and LGM was the only company I could find. I only spent about 5 min looking. So I bet someone else could fine more.

I think the CEO should have contacted all those involved with the CMC's (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) and all the CMO's(Contract Manufacturing Organization) to make sure the NDA new date is FIRM this time. Then I would have doubled the time period. That would be my NDA date. In that way if anything does pop up causing another delay it would be only an internal delay and hopefully they would have plenty of time to adjust and meet the new NDA date, and the shareholders wouldn't be disappointed again. So if completed early when they announce the NDA submission they would gain back some of the lost confidence that has occurred.

Biotech stocks have the ability to absolutely crush it in short order, turning even small investments into respectable sums of money. Investors that caught lightning in a bottle with Acadia Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ACAD ) prior to the company releasing pivotal late-stage data for its Parkinson's disease psychosis drug, for example, could have easily turned $10,000 into a whopping $128,000 in less than three years:.....then the main topic is CLDN

OK we got a green candle on Friday, but as far as a Morning Star goes, it would have been a stronger Bullish signal if we closed somewhere deeper into the bearish engulfing candle, say about $33.11. But I'll take what i can get at this point.
Thanks so much. Great explanation. Do you have any idea who might be making Pima at this time for the studies?
CMC = Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls = manufacturing supportive systems that come together to make "the product".
Contract Manufacturing Organization = a service vendor contacted to manufacture a part of the product.
It will be interesting how it all plays out. Do you think Uli is gone forever? I don't think we have see the last of Uli at least i will be surprised if we don't here about some legal action later.
Certified Management Consultant and Contract Manufacturing Organisation....is this correct? This is my guess from looking around on the net. The guys that will consult regarding the manufacturing systems = CMC. The site where the drug is made = CMO. Is this correct? My guess also is that the term "certified" would be certified by the FDA...is that correct?
I don't think so since any new CEO might not go along with that. He ( don't forget a "she" is possible too) may wish to proceed in a different manner regarding Davis & Mills.
Perhaps our conversation would stimulate the hallucinating board members. By the way I worked for KP here in Calif. x 30 yrs.
chxfhx, ......ri66 keeps bumping this post over and over again. Because its not his original post I do see it even though I have ri66 on IGNORE. So I am going to put you on IGNORE starting tomorrow to completely wipe ri66 off my view of the message board. I feel bad about it and hesitated to take this action for the last few days. I guess you could remove this post and be done with it and that would solve the problem, but I am not asking you to do that only saying so I don't have to place you on IGNORE.
