With response to am embarrassing offer with the stock way below it's high and expectations way higher than their offer. At this time with billions in sales and future accomplishments this letter does not close the door. Never did they mention that future higher bids will not be considered. The shareholders will definitely vote against this rediculous price.

    Sentiment: Buy

As per the "Riceen Letter" MDVN will finish the week near $50.00, so why do you write the stock has no potential. I think it does and has lots going in their pipeline. These offers that are on the table are not knew. For the last few months Riceen has been writing about them. You will see Medivation climb for the next few weeks until they will give in to a buy-out by a big pharma.

    Sentiment: Hold

Is there anyone that was able to read the "Riceen Letter" that was sent out yesterday? I found it very interesting the way he forecast and projected what will be the future of Yahoo. He listed the companies that were interested in putting out a bid to acquire some or all of the company.

He first wrote that they will change the final date from April 11 for another week for bids to be sent in. It will then take until the end of the month to analyze each bid to see which makes sense. He expects them to get ten bids from different companies interested in a buyout of their core business. There will be three bids for Yahoo Japan included. He feel Yahoo Japan could fetch up to 9 billion dollars.

He goes into detail on Comcast, AT&T, Microsoft and two buyout groups. He writes about the difference between these companies. He feels that the board will entertain Verizon's bid for 20 billion for the whole company, but will take an offer of 9 Billion for their core business only. They will pay $52.50 per share.

    He writes that:

Japan's SoftBank is eyeing Yahoo Japan in order to have more control of Albaba, but will bid too low.

    A great read
