This is all about pricing....
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Mannkind has taken all the development the risk without partners.
Factory already built.... two more manufacturing lines soon to be deploy
with 2 billion manufacturing cartridges capacity.
Why to give 50% of revenues to other pharma ?
Lets take the price to $30 and make $2 billion secondary offering for marketing.
There is a huge market there ready to a doubt Afrezza.
The Afrezza news will spread like a fire by the electronic media.
Marketing drugs is more efficient today...
"AFREZZA is absorbed into the bloodstream more quickly than subcutaneously injected rapid acting insulin analogs and regular human insulin. The time to maximum plasma insulin concentration is 12-15 minutes after administration of AFREZZA compared to 45-90 minutes for rapid acting insulin analogs and 90-150 minutes for regular human insulin. The time action profile of AFREZZA mimics the early phase insulin response observed in healthy normal individuals after a meal, which is characteristically absent in patients with type 2 diabetes. "
idiotic shorts !!!
We have no time , we have done everything we could BUT the position is so big....
We were digging and digging but the long are strong.
Soon we have to close the position other we will be broke...
Management know how things play in Wall street .
Nothing good has happen with this company since Ratoff leads NovaDel.
Does Ratoff worth annual salary of $360,000 he is taking from Novadel? Absolutely No!
Ratoff has never built company. Some might say Ratoff sold a pharmaceutical for $500 million. I said Yes…. but he brought to lead a company with steady stream income…so whats the big deal…?
NovaDel needs change. NovaDel needs new CEO to save it. a new CEO that know the pharmaceutical industry and Wall Street.
Thank you for Simes presentation web link.
Somehow I missed this presentation.
Wow, simes is very enthusiastic from P&G/NOVN announcement. Why not? after BPAX December 2004 share price crashed ( $10.30- $3.00 )following P&G`s Intrisa FDA rejection and further poor analysis from some analysts, saying "P&G abandoned Intrinsa development and the FSD market" "FDA does not a product from that category" ... with latest P&G news, Libigel could become a hot product for many pharmaceutical companies what migh add an extra offer for previous managemnt asking for the all company.
After Listening Simes presentation very carefully where he emphasized " No intention to raise money" " The board will sell the company for the right price " I strongly believe that selling the company is just a matter of days and not months!!!
I saw Biosante stock price going both side very sharply many times. I never been worried and I`m not worry today too.
Biosante is in a buyout process. I think maximum 3-4 months for a buyout announcement. some wrote on this board that the tender already offered and I think he right.
Biosante management is very confidence and continuing to make progress on all fronts.
662,799 BPAX shares bought today.
Biosante share holders sent today a strong message to Wall Street.
We are confidence buyout will be sign soon!!!
Obviously some holder decided to sell his position today BUT others investors were willing to buy him out at a VERY attractive price.
This summer will be hot. after listening Simes carefully I become to conclusion Simes want to close the deal before year end to look for other opportunities.
Stay tune !
You are so sick, you have to much testosterone. making research who mentioned yrubinek on this board...lol.
You are such a clown beter you go and play at some circus, dummy.
Selling the company is on Biosante management agenda. some whisper "BPAX buyout could happen by the end of Q3-Q4 2008".
In 5 trading ( two weeks ago ) days Biosante
rocketed from $2.05 to $5.05.
What the buyer know....
what would be the buyout price?
$7, $8, $9, $10, $11.......$15.....$20 ?
