  • China, Russia, India, OPEC, etc. are increasing their strategic silver stockpiles. The U.S. Government's strategic stockpile of silver has been drawn down. New and increased uses for silver in electronics and for chemical catalysts are likely. Silver susceptible antibiotic resistant micro-organisms are increasing in frequency, number and lethality. Current private investment in silver is small compared to its' potential. Cheers...

'Mission accomplished.'? I guess you must be right. There is now little doubt that despite the ultimate price paid by the Jewish People, Germany's 'mission' must have surely included its' help to orchestrate the re-establishment of the State of Israel once again as the National Homeland of the Jewish People. It may have happened anyway when it did, but post-WWII Germany was ultimately instrumental in making sure that everything necessary (politically, economically and militarily) was done from their part to help secure the re-establishment of The State of Israel in 1947.

Are you sure you have your accounting structure correct? In 2011 The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank sent $77 Billion and in 2012 they sent $89 Billion from their profit directly to The U.S. Treasury.

The real Himmler was a coward and during the last days of the war Himmler betrayed both Hitler and his own SS to the Allies (to try to save his own skin). Hitler found out about Himmler's treason in just enough time that one of Hitler's very last official acts was relieving Himmler of all his authority and ordering Himmler's arrest.

It also seems so tragically ironic that Code Pink has lobbied for so many years as a Worldwide anti-war group to save lives, while at the same time lobbying as a Worldwide pro-abortion group to destroy lives. In an absolutely staggering and for the record statistic, since 1980 there have been a total of 1.3 Billion (yes with a 'B') abortions Worldwide.

It turns out that Code Pink may not only have direct ties to the MB (paid advertising on MB web site) and Hamas (participation in Hamas organized flotilla), but may have also been politically involved in the Arab Spring overthrow of the Governments in Egypt and Libya. A Yahoo (or Google) search of 'Code Pink in bed with radical Islamic socialists' should bring up some information.

It's best to be aware. Cheers...

The core principle at issue here may also have been that Ms. Benjamin is trying to help establish the legal right of Jihadists to conduct jihad. It is also possibly not completely out of the question that some of Ms. Benjamin's contacts may have some ties to the MB. All this still begs the question of why she was invited in the first place (sarcasm: 'on').

Why? If you want to go back to the roots of Christianity you might want to consider that musical instruments were an integral part of the ancient Jerusalem Temple 'service' for more than a thousand years. The Tribe of Levi, who sole function was to minister to the ancient Jerusalem Temple service, were renowned throughout the ancient World for their great skills as both musicians and singers. They not only played musical instruments during the week, but also played them in The Temple on the Sabbath (but with special care not to 'tune' them).

Right now, by far the biggest threat to both stability in the ME and ultimately to World Peace is Iran's steady march to weaponizing (as well as already weaponized) nuclear materials. North Korea is working closely with and assisting Iran in this area. It is also probably only a matter of time until the news is leaked that Iran has already also launched a plutonium based weapons program in addition to it's uranium weapons program.

At the very least, if the above is true, economic sanctions against Iran probably need to be maxed out immediately. In the short term I suspect that most people would probably agree that there is no reason to delay maxing out the economic sanctions any longer. Waiting only runs down the clock to Iran's ultimate goal, which has been Iran's primary negotiating strategy all along. While even the severest of economic sanctions against Iran may not succeed, they are by far much more preferable if they can prevent direct loss of life, compared with military actions which might be avoided.

I also suspect that bringing Iran firmly in line will possibly have a beneficial effect on moderating some of the violent tone of the Syrian conflict, at least enough that practical diplomatic solutions may begin to seem somewhat more realistic to both sides.

    Cheers...

I understand yourv sentiment, but do not sympathize with it. You do realize that not doing anything now after being so explicit will probably be read as a sign of weakness on the part of the U.S.This would be a severe miscalculation on the part of our enemies, but could still mislead them into unleashing a whole new series of new challenges to World Peace.

Maybe some of the larger PM miners might consider slowly morphing into a hybrid (production + ETF + trading) semi-captive (miner controlled) ETF/PM trading company by slowly channeling a proportion of their PM production into a physical PM storage/PM trading type ETF with separate shareholders. This could be advantageous to the miner especially when PM prices are weak. When PM prices strengthen the hybrid ETF could choose to either continue to hold the PM inventory as a monetary equivalent asset or execute the option of liquidating some of their PM inventory and sharing the profits with other investors in the ETF.

  • Two elderly men went to a cemetary to purchase a plot for themselves. They arrived at the business office and presented their checks at exactly same time to the clerk for the standard plot fee . Since there were only two plots left in the entire cemetary and one was vastly superior in location to the other (despite their being the same price) a heated argument ensued. Unable to resolve the conflict, the clerk suggested that they go to arbitration with a well respected recently retired Judge, who not only conveniently lived in the area but also just happened to have set himself up as a professional arbitrator. Both men agreed to immediately bring their case to this Judge and the Judge agreed to act as their arbitrator and hear their claims. Each elderly man testified why they thought they should get the better plot. However, it soon became apparent to the Judge that there were no legal grounds for awarding a more favorable outcome to one litigant over the other. With the inspiration of the true spirit of King Solomon, the Judge decided to rule that the better plot should go to the individual who dies first. The two litigants not only stopped their arguing, but both agreed that there was no need to press the merits of their claims any further.

Hope this market finds some wisdom too! Cheers...

    Congratulations!

Following your train of thought and recognizing the inherent difficulty of reconciling the development of complex life forms with random chance mutations and the age of the known Universe, you may have allowed enough room for the additional consideration of a alternate hypothesis which even permits the consideration that 'Intelligent design' may be among the set of theories which might explain the origin and development of life on Earth as we know it today.

Those who allow for the possiblity of some level of 'Intelligent design' almost certainly also consider that they are not dealing with just "any" Intellect. Kabbalists have been wrestling with trying to understand this 'Intellect' for well over five thousand years and will readily admit that that they haven't even come close to approaching this level. In fact most Kabbalist have probably concluded sometime during their 'journey' that even just a partial understanding of this 'Intellect' is far beyond the capability of any Human mind.

    Cheers on your journey...

No one should be afraid to challenge the validity of any scientific theory. In fact, some of the greatest scientific minds have specifically challenged the validity of 'The Theory of Evolution'.

Among them are Albert Einstein who challenged the validity of the Theory of Evolution based on his own mathematical probability calculations while he was at Princeton. Einstein determined that the Theory of Evolution was mathematically implausuible (probability close to zero) based on even the most liberal estimates of the age of the Universe (ca. 15 billion years) and even the most liberal estimates of biological mutation rates times a factor of ten. According to Einstein even using the most liberal (favorable) assumptions, the Universe is not old enough to account for even close to the number of biological mutations necessary to have brought us life on Earth as we know it today.

Even more astounding is the following quote by the World's most undisputed authority on The Theory of Evolution...
"To suppose that the eye, with all its inimitable contrivances for adjusting the focus to different distances, for admitting different amounts of light, and for the correction of spherical and chromatic aberration, could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest possible degree."
    .

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

BTW, the above quote was made by none other than Charles Darwin himself in 1872.

Never check your brains at the door, and never be afraid to seek truth wherever it may lie. Cheers...

  • The prices of most commodities generally decline when expectations of increasing supply and/or expectations of declining demand occur. I seriously question whether a decrease in the price of silver will coincide with either an increase in silver supply or a decrease in silver demand. In fact, just the opposite seems likely to occur. If the price of silver declines much further, some mines will likely begin scaling back some uneconomic production, including silver by-product production, and declining silver prices will open previous pent up demand as well as new additional demand for silver (including increased use of silver as a monetary reserve). Bottom line is that any further decline in silver prices from here could trigger an enormous long term positive structural change in silver supply/demand fundamentals which could eventually lead to both higher long term silver prices as well as higher long term silver demand. JMO of course.
