S&W needs to move to TEXAS...couple of months down here and your backlogs will virtually dissappear!
by orgashie •Jun 6, 2013 3:07 PMWhy would the order backlogs disappear? The only way for backlogs to disappear would be an increase in manufacturing capacity or cancellation of orders. I'm not so sure that we would want the backlog to disappear.

Most likely market maker taking out stops, getting shares cheap. I never use stops. They'll steal your shares every time.

So if they sold already, it's ancient history. Whatever selling pressure their sale of the stock created is already over and done with. Apparently it didn't do too much damage.

Did they give any info on where they see guns sales for the next year or two?

What it means is that the Founding Fathers realized that the new nation needed a regulated military to defend itself. Having just won an armed rebellion against the king's troops, they realized that the average citizens needed the right to keep and bear arms as a deterrent against this regulated military being used against them by some unscrupulous leader in the future.
