True, and higher rates are expected. With the economy improving, the assets of the fund are more secure, and with higher rates and greater payout in the future (along with an already high 6.5% dividend in this low rate environment), this stock should be going up not down. It is now 10% below NAV. Doesn't make sense to me. Any thoughts?
Your opinion that it was a great price. Obviously the stock price disagrees. We will see if that changes over time. However, I would have rather done the deal now with the large drop in all energy stocks then right before. Price would have no doubt been less. Bad timing as noted above.
Has he ever been correct? I especially like the basis for his statements that he is friendly with the highest levels of the NYC taxi industry. I suppose he expects some fools to believe that. In any event, how would his comments on this site help NYC cabbies? All he does is tout Uber. He's not short???? Who would believe that.

Agree about when to buy. Once that happens, this stock should have good upside.
Hopefully it is THE bottom, but mainstream is that it is just a dead cat bounce.
