Nonsense. There's a reason autos adopted steering wheels; because they were a more precise means of control and less susceptible to inadvertent steering inputs as from running over ruts and potholes.
Standby, lots more such deals to follow. Understandable but a bit troubling as more and more energy resources and infrastructure becomes concentrated in fewer and fewer hands. Stay tuned.
II keep reading "The sun will come out tomorrow ! Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow there'll be sun...." But being a dividend investor I can't put up with the list of things above. I gotta have something to work with. Wait and hope is not a strategy.
I know you sold all your HCN, archer; I bought them and will happy to continue to do so at least until you figure out what REITs are and how they are valued.
Not interested in the divvy history per se (I can get it from Dividend Channel and elsewhere); just pointing out a defect in Yahoo's graphical performance presentation that I'm not seeing with the other companies I track.
Yep, started my position a little early (1/15) as well. Ce's la vie. I'm a holder; corrections are transient events; EMR not so much.
Disappointed this wasn't engineered with a stock swap option. Still considering what to do with GAS proceeds when (if) deal closes. Already have a long, full position in SO. Maybe DCA my basis is GAS into SO and find something to do with the CG. Thought about another gas servicer but I think a lot of them will end up like GAS and end up being bought up by the electrics leading to WAY too much exposure in the sector.
Got into BBL at what was (then) a good price and buiilt a full posiion and will stick things out for the div and its outstanding performance history (or until the Tums run out... LOL)
Good discussion. Thanks.
