    and the agency stated:
Based on this commitment, the Agency is satisfied that the
likelihood for adverse effects from degraded water
quality (through seepage) in the Bell-Irving system
    is low.

Reading is an important precondition for understanding, think about it...

  • The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency
published the KSM Comprehensive Study Report

"The Agency concludes that the project is not
likely to cause significant adverse environmental
effects, taking into account the implementation
of mitigation measures described in this
    comprehensive study report.
With respect to potential effects on residents of
Nisga’a lands, or Nisga’a interests, the Agency
identified potential adverse, but not significant
environmental effects on Nisga’a Nation treaty
interests in relation to fisheries, wildlife and
migratory birds. The Agency concludes that the
Project is likely to result in overall positive effects
on social and cultural well-being and a net overall
increase in economic well-being of Nisga’a
citizens taking into consideration the proponent’s
plans to minimize potential adverse effects on
    economic, social and cultural well-being.
Following public consultation on this report, the
Minister of the Environment will decide whether,
taking into account the implementation of
mitigation measures, the Project is likely to cause
significant adverse environmental effects. At the
same time, the Minister will issue an NFA Project
    Recommendation in accordance with Chapter
10 of the NFA. The Project will then be referred
back to the Responsible Authorities for the
appropriate course of action in accordance with
section 37 of the former Act and the NFA
    Project Recommendation."

Also they ask for key improvements in mine design:

"The installation of gates and other access
measures at key access points to the project area
to reduce increased access to hunting and fishing
    at pre-project levels"

well, if thats the main issue of the project...

you should tell the whole story...

PABT also entered into a total return swap transaction evidenced by an ISDA master agreement, credit support annex and transaction confirmation (collectively the "TRS Agreement") with the Bank. Pursuant to the terms of the TRS Agreement, the Bank sold to PABT the total return on 4.6 million Shares (the "Underlying Shares"). The initial price for the Underlying Shares is equal to the Purchase Price. The TRS Agreement provides only for cash settlement.

perhaps it is interesting to know, who is behind Revolution Gold. Rob Mc Leod is the geologist, who found the existing resource at Red Mountain back in 1993. Mc Leod has an impressive track record, including the sale of Underworld Resources to Kinross. His uncle ran a company called Newhawk, which found gold on the now Pretium owned Brucejack property. Mc Leod wants to start the permitting process as soon as this summer. He should be able to get the necessary financings in place.
