That' okay, but not trying to fool people, like I said Jolaz was right most of SD's enterprise value is debt, if there was so much value in SD why is it trading for 0.27 cents, see following definition:
enterprise value is what it would cost you to buy every single share of a company’s common stock, preferred stock, and outstanding debt.
I disagree, you will see companies fail and the survivors will not be running to buy the assets/leases, production will remain lower and stabilize, prices will go up and then the cycle will repeat itself.
I'm sorry but you need to find a different hobby. Jolaz69 said it correctly, there is no value.
You are comparing Apples to Oranges. If SD hadn't piled on another billion in debt, it was a maybe, but, they have placed their last bet, it's survival or BK.
They are bleeding cash and hoping they get the desired results soon. Think ERF will be there when that happens
Williams deal if for pipeline assets, SD O & G, no caparison here. No O & G deals to be had, companies are trying to conserve cash not spend. May change once oil rises but maybe too late for SD.
Yeah right, can disagree without insults, actually gives you more credibility. I disagree with the poster too, and who do you think is buying this garbage, time to move on.
You are just like your buddy Tammy, if you look like your personality, you must be one ugly woman too.
