Pardon me for my ignorance, but I just started watching this stock. This is the second time I've seen a reference to this company being "debt free." Under key statistics, Yahoo lists $105.5 million in debt. Can you clarify your comment? I'm considering dipping my toe in the water at these levels.
What exactly did you sell? You've been badmouthing this stock since I can remember, so it can't be shares of DDD.
And you wouldn't sound quite so pathetic if you'd prophesy a single price instead of just making them up with every post. 2hrs 11mins ago you claimed it was going to $20. 2hrs 22mins ago you claimed it was going to $30. 2hrs 28mins ago you claimed it was going to $40. 2hrs 44mins ago you said "Have not bought a single share in 5 years!!!!Ponzi at work!!"
I mean, come on, make up your mind.
Thank you, drumrgirl7. I enjoy the information on this MB, so I hate to ignore people legitimately trying to post useful stuff. But dodging the flaming arrows is getting more difficult to do.
Are you as confident about $4.5 on Tuesday as you were about this post 5 hours ago?

been in nano since 2008 and I know lot"
Because the markets are closed and it looks like this was down 10.63% for the day.
Some personality types have a need to "stomp" on others. It's pretty sad, really. I just put them on ignore since they add nothing of value to the discussion.
Thanks. You have a good one. It's nice having a sane conversation on a Yahoo message board.
I took the opportunity yesterday to get some NNVC shares at $2.80, then sold 20% for $3.50. I figure I'll hang on to the rest.
Looks like you are correct. I just recently started following this stock, but it looks like they announced on January 27 the raising of $20 million +/-. From their press release:
"... the Company reports that its recently announced registered direct offering (“Offering”) has been completed successfully on Friday, January 24th, 2014. The Company sold 3,815,285 units and raised gross proceeds of $20,030,246.25 before estimated expenses of approximately $1,200,000, which includes placement agent fees but does not include and attorneys’ fees and other expenses. The price per Unit was $5.25, equal to a four percent (4%) discount to the 20-day VWAP of the NNVC stock price on Friday, January 17, 2014....
The Company intends to use the proceeds for general business purposes and expects that it will be able to accelerate the development of its drug candidate pipeline with this additional funding. With this raise, the Company now has approximately $40 Million cash in hand (including non-current cash-based assets), which the Company believes is sufficient for its planned activities for the next three years and beyond...."
Wow. A thumbs down for pointing out a short simple fact. If you were offended, then please stop reading now, because I'm about to mention another one:
It's up another 3+% this morning.
You are correct. I ignored this creature the other day, but I also reported it for abuse. You might consider doing the same. Maybe Yahoo will actually delete its account.
You're getting an awful lot of mileage out of this SPAM post. I've seen it on at least half a dozen message boards. Maybe you should consider changing the wording a bit - you know, make it more interesting.
I do have to give you the award for Most Creative Short posting of the day.
Thanks for your SPAM posting on this and countless other Yahoo message boards. You are now ignored.
