ow but i don't selling. But bought them at 6 and they did go to 11.6 dollars. They dropped to 8 and know they did go over 12.2 dollars; So now they drop again. And well i don't think there will be a buy out. They will sell caliber and sell( or bring it to stock market) rockpile

well this is the kind of stock to buy and sell like the waves on the ocean. I am very bad at that and i know long term will be great, but it's silly to 'loose' money every time. So sometimes it's better to sell and buy back a few weeks later. that's what i will do maybe in future

doin't worry . We could loose some 5 or 10%. But everything is ok. After that climb it's possible ( not sure) that this will happen. After that we will climb again steady but we grow.

i think we see that the 50day moving average did break true 200 day moving average. I know that's a golden cross. I am not a technical investor. Far from that, But i know this means normaly the stock will rise. But it doesn't mean it has to go higher right away. So take you time, time is on our side for at least next 2 quarters

  • we all can see that we having a golden cross. this means that in a certain time, if it holds, we can see some upside here.Further i hope they will sell caliber over time and bringing Rockpile to the stockmarket with an IPO where the shareholders of triangle will become also stockholders of Rockpile in a seperated company. Let this wish come true :-)

was talking about rockpile ;-). And the partnership in MLP is not giving them control but some influence ;-). Nobody wants 30% interest in a company without having some influence when we talk to gathering system that still has to be deployed in future for TUSA. But you are right TUSA's interest in Calber will eventually be sold. For Rockpile i would rather see a IPO where the shareholders from tplm also get the shareholders from rockpile in a seperated companyon the exchanges.

I am ok with the fact that there is hidden value. But for me it doesn't need to come out now or this year. TUSA has great benefits from the fact that they own Rockpile and also Caliber. With that they can generate a lot of benefits in there planning. An IPO should be best for shareholders. A sale would destroy a lot of that hidden value because they need to pay taxes from that and they loose total control on Caliber and rockpile. With an IPO they can still cooperate ;-)

one thing is sure. A net margin of 15% of sale isn't bad for such a small company!

so i hope everyone sees now that Rockpile and Caliber are important fot TUSA. I really hope they don't sell them for the next two or three years. Further everything goes very well at TUSA. Congrats
