I agree with your Corpus Christi comment, but I don't believe much of Cheniere's current value assigns much to Corpus Christi. It's 95% Sabine Pass. If CS starts to look serious in getting approval, that would be an additional major boost for Cheniere and their holders.

The Energy Department said Friday that it had given preliminary authorization to Freeport LNG Expansion L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction LLC to export up to 1.4 billion cubic feet per day of liquefied natural gas from its existing facility in Quintana Island, Texas. The Freeport project is a joint venture between ConocoPhillips COP +0.50% and other private investors.
Energy Department approval is needed for exports to countries with which the U.S. doesn't have a free-trade agreement, a category that includes major trading partners in Europe and Asia. The project still requires final approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. -

In contrast to the recent Fool piece, I believe that the auto renaissance is at about the 4th inning. US autos are still averaging 11-12 years in age and in need of replacement and Europe has pent up demand which will free when they get things in order. This is a cyclical stock, but we're early in the cycle

don't know, but there is a boatload at the 4.70 ask. Perhaps they're ghost orders that will disappear if we hit it.

My favorite part of the call. A good negotiator doesn't miss an opportunity to positively influence his bargaining position. He was ringing the bell for the potential partners telling them don't wait too long....don't be late, because we will move on without you. then turns and says, if you do your homework and hand it in, you'll get special extra credit. This was classic and telsl me we are in good hands when it comes to partnership negotiations.
