They all announced good earnings. The media kept saying went up too much and tried to get people in tech. The CEO of LEN two days ago said even rate moving up still will not hurt housing.
Even if rate is up one point, buying is still cheaper than renting.
Rich people from overseas come here to buy houses. I know two for sure...
Housing prices still far from all time high. Investing in housing is much more profitable than equities. My house upped more than 100% and still about 25% from high.
Also many people (big money), not little guys/gals like us , using charts. Housing stocks are oversold..
We will always need lumbers, paints, etc...

When you come there most of the time people are sick. We have to wait for more than an hour.. even if you make an appointment and they schedule 3 people at the same time. No place for people to sit.
Employees are overworked and one by one we feel like we are there to beg for FREE service.
I hope management reads this message. Please treat people like HUMAN!!!!! Unreal. -

SINA...higher high...expanding ..new initiatives after partnering with the biggest Alibaba....I bought thing from Alibaba and products are so cheap. It is easier than I thought. Great potential especially when they ipo Alibaba..

SPY...touched that ma-50 peacefully...history saying will go up from here..sometimes can be a little lower, also at the lower bollinger band on daily chart..
GMCR...high of day. I like it when the current piece still far from $95 target. Look at SODA, the $100 target can do good.
The analysts that cover 3D stocks are so shy...crazy...speak up!!
