I do not understand why rumors came up with unrealistic numbers. Buyout, maybe. BIDU for SOHU (the whole thing) has been floating around since march.

I mentioned that I own BAX. Cramer is talking about it now. From BAX and spinoff, I have CAH CVS EW. I know the ex-CFO very well. I met the ex-president many times.
Now talking about thinking ahead......SINA should split Weibo to unlock the values. Rumor has been BIDU or QIHU for sogou of SOHU. SOHU is smart by selling that since this is not a split but still a breakup a part of it.

SINA should spinoff Weibo, not selling.

BAX is an expert at breaking up divisions.
EW ..if they have too much competition, JNJ really wants them so they will be OK. Chart looks ugly.

Then $18.5 or so. Please check it out...

Buffet said he will not consider even at $800. You heard that on CNBC a few times too.
Buy stocks is easier to predict then gold and silver. The next morning we never know. Forget commodities. Invest in stocks or ETFs on the indexes,,

SCTY....bad earning, still not making money and it went up 100% in 7 days.....makes sense??? No way..up more than TSLA.....secondary coming??? Does not matter what..crazy market..I make some money on this one today but only day trading..
