I had been an owner since 2009 until I finally sold this year. Do you realize the management you have of this company? They do not look out for the shareholder. Jack lied when he said he was going to increase shareholder value. He did it so he could pump the price for a dilution. The same thing will happen again early next year. How many outstanding shares will we have then and what do you think the SP will be? There is nothing of material importance that will drive this stock higher for another 2+ years. I realized that and got out for a profit fortunately. But I gave up on the homerun that will never be with this equity. Your username is appropriate. Anyone crazy enough to hold at this point deserves the manipulation and beating they will take in the future.
There is plenty of news to digest: 1) Scrpts are not growing as expected 2) Leads to analyst downgrades 3) Missing targets for Q1.... 4) Pipeline is going to get expensive. 4) When cash is exhausted they will dilute more of your shares because you are such a nice owner willing to let them keep doing it over and over again 5) Soon Jack will get on giddy by exercising more of those free options that his beloved board keeps giving him. 6) You will come to realize that a 5% drop is what you will wake up to every week going into the future and will still be holding those upside down shares asking why the conspiracy of SHORTS are bringing this stock down. 7) Rinse and repeat.
jiebesfeld, FOREVER OPTIMIST, never living in REALITY. Wake up Joel, Wake up there, buddy. You'll come to understand some day....
Not if you aren't bringing in enough revenue to fund your business & pipeline.
Easily explained. When you lower your price to where you are almost giving away for free, OF COURSE YOUR SCRIPT COUNTS WILL RISE.....DUH! They are getting a lot less revenue now per script. So stop comparing APPLES to ORANGES. Prices are different now to when you are comparing us to last year....
Great, another person to give more free options to at the expense of shareholders. Brilliant Jack. Take a bow.
Because its not selling they are cutting jobs. Don't speculate things you don't know. This company has been a disappointment for years now.
I beg to differ. Shorts appear to have longs right where they have wanted them over the past 3 years. Track the share price. There's your proof.
April Fools, holding till December will be a losing proposition. Did you see the news? Easai cut the sales force by 50% and no longer fully dedicated to Belviq. Read the writing on the wall. Not much positive to carry through to the next dilution.
Not so smart matty boy? He said it to you over and over. Hint: ATM Jack
The problem with that is we still see no signs of Belviq selling at levels that can justify paying for future drug development or justify the current share price. There are far too many negatives that will weigh on this stock going into the future that I will sit out until I see clear signs that I see a turnaround. Where do you see the share price after Q1 release?
Wow, I'd never thought I'd see the day that you criticize the company. Aren't you long and strong and nothing but blue skies in your sights?
