If you don't hold on, you won't make much. If Frank depletes and all the positives line up including patient success then hang on, we could get over $4 again.
Maybe they're waiting for Reynolds to sell the rest of his shares so then we have solid upside with six sites and a patient. How else would management get us back over $3 again?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I'm thinking no. It would be filed with SEC as 10% or larger owner. Also if anything, they'd be buying at less than half of their original lot. Certainly not selling. Looks like some amateur wannabe shorts coming out of the woodwork here with such silly remarks.
Most people have the highest regards for Dr. Robert Langer. While Dr. Langer does get into business arrangements with Reynolds (though he should really distance himself), I don't think that he is particularly fond of Reynolds. Take a look at Langer's facial expression, gesture end eye movements in the InVivo video when he mentions FR. It is strikingly different from the rest of the video. Cal Lightman would concur.
Up to 3 shorts or one man-hater doesn't like that notion, I know. But it remains true that once he finishes dumping his free shares, this stock will be subjected once again to natural market influencers, and due to its undervalued state, will rise nicely on positive catalysts. The best thing would be for FR to be depleted as early as possible.
I just wish he'd get to zero ASAP.
Apples and oranges. For SCI, there has never been shown any success with cellualar therapy alone. The scaffold is needed to direct the reparative new growth. Nothing else out there has shown this capability and anything theoretical is years behind the many years of pre-clinical success (and regulatory approvals) that InVivo has accomplished.
Agree on the spike after the dump. Also, when that P0S is done, we will steadily move up on each piece of good news.
I think you must mean quick to buy. Once Reynolds is no longer a factor, the + catalysts will invoke + movement.
Art, what are they supposed to say? They are handling the company appropriately. Frank is winning nothing. I am cheering for him to deplete himself of shares. If he is selling way down here, then probably the best solution would be for a large and resourceful investor to buy him out or for the cumpany to purchase those shares and re-sell them sporatically above the price of the 2ndary. Win-win for all. If Frank stops, this shoots back up. The reprehensible dude has ZERO conscience selling his free shares knowing how he repeatedly used SCI victims for publicity and went all over the country with publicity as retail investors were still buying above $4.
It is a Frank problem, period. We just have to deal with it, unfortunately.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I would buy all of Frank's remaining shares now that the pps has halved. Just the cessation of FR selling would run this back up to over a buck. Then the three other sites come online, the investor conferences, and eventualy 1st patient. As close to a sure bet as ever.
And to that I say, sell your stinking shares and be done with it. Via email, I've corresponded with an attendee of the shareholder meeting who says that FR's complexion was as white as a ghost. Could be he knows he won't be able to see this succeed to helping chronic SCI andis taking fast money over larger gains? Pretty easy decision when your health is hanging in the balance and most of your shares were for mere pennies.
SELL FRANK, SELL
In fact, please DOUBLE your rate befoore we find patient #1.
I believe they are confident with what this company has, and in the NSS as a platform to SCI treatment. Temporary low PPS is causing Reynolds to sell his free shares at a higher rate, which will eventually remove a hugh (pun intended) problem. The sooner the better, IMO.
The whole enchilada for now is merely going to be proving the scaffold safe. Thants all that is needed right now, and fortunately all previous data has shown safety. The company has known all along that the mega value is in what can be done with this scaffold. Reynolds was milking the originally unexpected neuroprotective and neurostimulating efficacy because he was hoping (along with selling free shares along the way) that they could bring a product to market quicker, before reaching the holy grail. Current management has now accelerated the ultimate goal and offers not only scaffold + cells, but scaffold + tissues. NOBODY else has a working scaffold to support these neural cells. Some have tried cells with no support, with limited efficacy. While scaffold + cells is the next logical step, InVivo has already gone forward to working with sprouted cells and tissues within scaffold. So the whole enchilada in this case represents different stages of a big enchilada that offers more promise than anything else out there.
His behavior is deplorable and he has burned bridges with the entire investing community from institutional through retail. Not to mention the very victims of SCI that this company is aiming to help. His Pixar is going to be nothing more than a pixie dust fantasy because he will have no followers interested in any investment with him. All self inflicted. What a menace.
