A lot of good news should start to roll in. I believe I read some positive info. in Barron's a week or two back. Frost has a proven track record, and the fact that he keeps buying on a regular basis tells me that he is moving full speed ahead. Lately he seems to be buying large chunks two or three times a week. Once he gains over 50% of the company, he should make shorts very uncomfortable. Can't see why someone would want to short a stock with such potential and a CEO who has the ability to buy as many shares as he wants, when he wants, at whatever price he wants. IMHO.

I wouldn't have attacked Iraq because the 9/11 attack didn't come from there. By attacking Iraq, we destabilized the area, gave Muslim extremists more credibility in their hatred of the US, and made Iran a super power in the region. While Iraq was strong, they were mortal enemies with Iran. Destabilizing Iraq directly led to the mess we have now with what will most likely end up as three separate regions: Sunni, Shia, and Kurd. Senator Biden, back in 2006, predicted that sectarian differences were going to lead to just that eventuality. Getting Osama bin Laden should have been our priority, but Bush wasn't that interested because he wanted to show that he knew more than his daddy. Bush dressed up in his flight gear and went aboard a carrier with his mission accomplished banner. Alfred E. Newman would have been very proud of him. Too bad that Daddy did know best.

  • As we get closer to good news concerning their trial, CEMP should start a steady climb. New antibiotics are desperately needed, and CEMP appears to be headed in the right direction. IMHO.

  • How long before this guy controls over 50%? When he does, he should be able to toast the shorts. I doubled my position on the dip, and I plan on holding until Frost works his magic.

These guys had no complaints when we suffered financially and endured the loss of the lives of thousands of our young service people while their mental midget was in the presidency for two terms. What a difference a party makes! If the Republicans actually tried to work on some solutions instead of just jamming things up, our country might be far better off. But what can you expect from a party that can't even work with itself. Give them time, they will self destruct just like the last time!

  • Most economists believe the bad weather we had in the first quarter hurt our GDP. Makes sense to me. If Obama has to take the blame for bad weather, he must also have to get the credit for a stock market at all time highs. My net wealth was cut in half after Bush's blunderings and wars, and now I have recouped it all and made much more. I am better off under this president, so I find it hard to see how "savvy stock investors" like the tea party types here could be lamenting their problems. Corporations are flush with cash, and their stocks have done great for the most part. Maybe we should change the Constitution so Obama can run again. That's my words of wisdom for the day. Off to spend some of my profits on taking my wife out to a nice lunch. Take care and have a nice day!

He has been buying weekly no matter what the price. He just made at least two big purchases over $9 in the last few days. This guy knows his company and he believes it is going to be worth far more. IMHO.

  • Whip, I guess this is just another report from a radical, liberal, leftist organization. Who would have thunk it!!
Take a ride along the Jersey shore and see what destruction still remains after almost two years after Hurricane Sandy. Why are they wasting all that money raising those beach homes 10 - 12 feet? You should stop by and give them the great news that global warming is a total fraud. What a joke!

Frankie, last week you posted that I must be losing money because I seemed testy. Actually my account is at an all time high. Unlike you, I have diversified into financials, corporate bonds, industrials, ETF's, as well as a couple of bio-techs and a mine. I reap a nice dividend on most of my stocks and my holdings have gone up significantly. I don't have to worry too much about share dilutions, failed trials, etc. I also don't have to spend too much time on the computer. In fact, I am off to the Y to have a nice workout. I too have some arthritis, but working out has enabled me to continue to swim, lift weights, bike, and shoot hoops. Try it, it might help.

Maybe I'll check in tomorrow if I get the chance.

Less than 10% have faith in Congress because of the tea party twerps who held up immigration reform, tax reform, a half a billion for the defense of our embassies, environmental issues, etc. They have called for us to intervene militarily in Syria, Iran, Ukraine, and now again in Iraq, all the while refusing to pay for the wars they started back to the Iraq War. The fact that they constantly threaten to hold up raising the debt ceiling limit which pays for the bills that Congress has already approved hasn't helped their appeal either. These idiots are against everything except for policing the world with American young people.

They reported that there were definitely talks, but the time frame of such talks was not revealed. It could have been a couple of months ago. I am sure CI will not let it go cheaply, so any buyout could be predicated on NUAN successfully executing its business plan to show it is worth a premium. I too sold my stake on Friday because NUAN has disappointed me before. I believe it will actually sell, but it could take longer than we actually thought.

So, Frank, how long do we keep our children in countries like Iraq to police the world! Bush and others like you like to fight these wars but you don't want to raise taxes to pay for them, and you won't go fight them. Why don't you just shut your fat extremist pie hole and stick to making up fabrications concerning your stock trades.

  • I fully expect NUAN will be sold or taken private at a much higher price. CI is not going to sell if he doesn't at least make a couple hundred million. IMHO.

Frank, I know you have said you would like to exterminate a half a billion Muslims, but I don't think Obama will go along with your plan. Let's just let them sort it out. As a tea party enthusiast, I would think you would have learned a little from our history. When the American colonists wanted to be free, they stood up and fought for their freedom. Sure they had some help from France, etc., but they had the guts and determination to fight for themselves. If the Iraqis are unwilling to fight for themselves, we should not send our young people to risk their lives to fight for people who won't stand up for themselves. Now if you want to lead the charge, just organize a group of Fraz Fanatics who will volunteer to go over there and fight to the death. Since you are "crippled by arthritis" just ride around in a jeep or golf cart. But it is much easier to sit behind your computer and let someone else do your fighting. Don't you get embarrassed pontificating your nonsense!

  • Monday could bring some very good news for longs!

  • Interesting to see how the shorts react to Friday's close. It could be like playing Russian roulette for them as many deals get announced on Mondays after both sides wrap up the details over the weekend. We shall see. IMHO.

  • Monday morning could be very interesting. Shorts with any smarts will cover before the end of the day on Friday. I expect an announcement Monday. IMHO.

  • I am expecting a mid twenties deal to get announced next Monday. Watch the shorts scramble before the weekend. Shorts may drive the price even higher as they fight themselves to cover. IMHO.

You have called Obama all kinds of terrible names. Your suggestion of taking down the Muslim population by half a billion people sounds a lot like Hitler to me. Would you distinguish between adults and children? Would you just level whole cities without regard to the many innocents who might live there? How do you think the rest of the world would respond to such atrocities? Would the Middle East continue to send us oil as you selectively wipe out a third of their population? I have a feeling you would be hunted down just like all the other maniacs who tried to force their will on the rest of the world. For a pathetic 62 year old guy "plagued by arthritis," you seem perfectly willing to inflict genocide on a whole group of people who you deem enemies of the US. When you get done with the Muslims, what would you do with Russia, China, and North Korea since you have also been very critical of them. Domestically you could then turn on the gays, lesbians, libs, democrats, ivy league kids, Hispanics, blacks, single moms, etc. The "World According to Fraz!" - a real horror story!

  • Shorts would be wise to cover sooner rather than later because by Friday this puppy is going to be well over twenty. I believe there is still a large short position and they will end up clawing on top of each other to get out. IMHO.
