I agree. It should help Key streamline operations and maximize profits.

He just keeps buying, no matter the price. I expect he will continue to do so and eventually toast the shorts when he put the company up for sale.

If I was short I would be very nervous. From what I have been hearing and reading, the 4k score test is really a game changer.

It sure is. Frost keeps buying and he knows the most about this company. I expect we will break through $9 in short order. OPK's strong move today is impressive considering the market is down so much! IMHO.

At the rate he has been buying, I imagine it is not a matter of if he bought, but how much he bought. I would expect he would take advantage of the bio-tech sell-off to buy more shares as may I. Good luck!

The oral dose scenario is a real plus for Cemp, but you couldn't tell it by today's trading.

  • The savage drop in the bio-tech sector makes a lot of these companies screaming buys or extremely risky. How about concentrating on what is getting punished unnecessarily and those that we should avoid. I presently only hold OPK, CEMP, and PFE, but I have owned CLDX, GALE, TTPH, NWBO, MDRX, ALKS, PBTH, and many others. I like OPK because they have a couple of late stage promising drugs, and Dr. Frost buys thousands of shares every week. CEMP is in the antibiotic sector, and I believe they are expected to get some very important results in the next couple of weeks.

I have stopped responding to all the political #$%$ because nobody here is changing anyone's minds by their postings, so it is just a waste of time. Based on all the negative ratings most of the political wizards like Whip, Frank, and Rays get, I believe they are hurting their "causes" more than they are helping.

Good luck with your investing. I may buy more OPK and CEMP, but I may wait a little to see how long this drop is going to continue.

The whole sector is getting hammered. TTPH, CEMP, etc. are all getting hit hard on no news. Just market manipulation at its worst. If you believe in their pipelines, these dips can be nice buying opportunities if you have the stomach for biotechs.

I don't believe the president has anything against people working hard or investing smart and being financially successful. I am proud of what I have achieved, but I know I didn't do it all on my own. Good parents and teachers got me started in the right direction and made me value an education and a solid work ethic. A couple of bosses saw potential in me and gave me the chance to do my thing. My faith in God inspired me with the wisdom and knowledge that all good things come from Him, and that I should be willing to give something back. If you are a Christian, helping the less fortunate is one of the tenets of our faith. Sometimes the very wealthy forget that they had people who helped them along the way. Sometimes the very wealthy believe that people who have a tough times somehow deserve it. I don't want this to sound like a sermon, but I feel very good when I can give back and help someone out.

Totally agree. I bought a few more shares about a buck ago, so now I plan on holding for now.

I consider myself middle class even though my investments of late probably put me somewhat higher. I know many people who made much more than me, but my ability to invest and save has multiplied my earnings nicely. Even though I have done well, I know that I caught some breaks and the good Lord has blessed me and my family in many ways. I try to give back to our churches and the less fortunate. Many good, hard working people I know have not fared as well because of health problems and employment issues. Our economy improved in part because of President Obama's stewardship, but economic conditions often improve or worsen totally beyond the president's control. I sincerely believe that most presidents do the best they can, but for some reason, politics has turned way too personal the last couple of decades.

I retired early and I could still be working if I wanted. But, hey, why should I work for someone else when I am cleaning up in the stock market! I guess I would statistically show up as someone who could still be working, but like Frank, I find working for myself to be much nicer and more rewarding. 6.1% unemployment is a big improvement, but it is true that companies have gone to part-timers and out-sourcing. They would be doing that no matter who was president. My employer started outsourcing as much as possible back in the 1990's. If people are so disappointed in Obama, they should just check what was going on in employment, the stock market, the real estate market, and their financial holdings when he came into office. My house is worth more, and my investments have skyrocketed, and I am making more $ even though I stopped working for someone else.

You and Donald Trump are the only two twerps who haven't seen the birth certificate. Move on to something of substance, preferably about PFE!

Their antibiotic penetrates the placenta. Cemp could really fly when we near approval. IMHO.

  • Nice article out of Australia pointing out how Cemp's antibiotic can be a valuable tool in dealing with pre-term birth issues that could not be treated before.

  • have to provide something they find religiously objectionable to their employees. My wife needed a serious surgery years ago. It was before the Hippa Laws went into effect. Her surgeon, a renowned specialist in NY, was trying to find out when he would be available to perform my wife's surgery. He told us to sit in his office for a few minutes while he made a call. He was seeing a young girl who had a cancerous tumor in her leg. He told her parents he could remove the tumor and save her life, but he needed their permission to be able to give her a blood transfusion if he had to. He told her parents he would do everything possible to not use a transfusion. The parents refused and he told them that he could not help their daughter then. He scheduled my wife in the young girl's slot, and my wife survived and has been fine for many years. I suspect the young girl died a painful death within a short time because her parents' religious beliefs would not allow the doctor to use a blood transfusion as a last ditch effort to save her life. Now, if these people owned a business, would they really want to pay for blood transfusions for others when their religious beliefs would not even allow themselves to use a transfusion to save their daughter's life. Interesting point which the SC may have to consider if some of these religious groups that are strict adherents to the Bible decide to press their point.

  • The Supreme Court has ruled that a company does not have to violate its religious beliefs when it comes for the healthcare it provides its workers. I guess blood transfusions could be off the table if you work for Watchtower Publications. Now, since I don't believe the court could discriminate against any religious beliefs, I guess we could have bans on circumcisions, and even operations and medicines when it comes to Christian Scientists. Good thing the Affordable Healthcare Bill allows for reasonably priced health insurance. This ones for you, Frank. Back to watching the Germany/Algeria match. I am 3/4 German, but I have to give the Algerians credit for a great effort!

  • I know you feel compelled to impart your wisdom to us concerning ever situation that can somehow be turned into a sinister plot by you, but please give us and yourself a break. If we want, we can watch Fox News for a few minutes and get your whole stick for the day. The Fox pundits get paid well for their musings, but I can't figure why such a self-proclaimed smart guy like you would spend most of your weekdays behind your computer posting this nonsense for nothing. Get out and enjoy life a little. Then again, I can picture you on your death bed thinking, boy, I wish I could have put up just one more political post before I died. Oh well, I doubt my advice will have any positive affect. Have a great weekend. I am off to the Y to swim a few laps.
