A New Year's Resoultion for Frank

I have only met a few guys like Frank. They shoot their mouths off behind their computers, but they shut their traps when the chips are down. He must not have anything better to do than wallow in this BS day in and day out. Hey, have a great Christmas. I made my trades for today, and we have church and a family gathering to prepare for.

  • Frank, I find your political posts on many message boards I visit. Why don't you get out from behind your computer and run for office? I would love to hear your discuss your views in front of a larger audience. I don't think you would have much chance of winning though because your many posts have denigrated women, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, homosexuals, college students, just to name a few.

    Obama Approval 15% Among Military

Congress could have appropriated more for the military, and I am sure President Obama would have endorsed it. Remember, the Republicans were the ones who went to war in Iraq and did not raise one dime in taxes to pay for it. The war was one of the main reasons that our budget surplus became a deficit so soon after Clinton left office. Hey, remember Romney's convention speech where he didn't even mention the military even though we were in a state of war. Have a nice Christmas everybody, and, Frank, remember that Jesus died for all of us.

I guess you don't understand that the government is run by the President with legislation being passed or not passed by congress. The poll addressed the military's views toward congress or they wouldn't have quoted a Sgt. Nationally, the President's approval rating is 3x that of congress.

According to the poll you quote, the military is not very happy with congress either. You see, congress has been giving the military 1% pay raises the last couple of years. One army Sgt. reportedly was quoted by the Military Times as saying, "It seems like all the [congressional] debate now is completely disconnected from reality. They don't really seem to care about how their decisions impact us." Sad but true. Most of these guys only care about getting elected and re-elected. Hey, I haven't notice you guys posting about the Staten Island Republican Congressman who pleaded guilty to tax evasion. He will probably go to jail for three years, but he doesn't want to give up his office because he stated that his illegal activities all happened before he got elected. I guess he believes in a very short statute of limitations. I wonder if they will let him vote from prison?

eshays54, you are the voice of reason. Frank goes to various message boards and posts his hatred and bias on a daily basis.

  • And it is only going to get worse. Here comes $10 a share.

TWO NYC Cops executed in Brookland!

My one son is an intelligent conservative who has no hatred for minorities, gays, democrats, etc. He respects all people and believes in real conservative values such as low taxes, business incentives, limited government, etc. He has no time for the hatred and bias which you guys constantly spew. We agree on much more than we disagree on, but we respect each others right to have different views on politics. One thing we both totally agree on is that that likes of Frank are only going to doom the Republican Party in future national elections. I know some of you guys were bad mouthing the President on starting to normalize relations with Cuba. This Sunday the Monsignor who said mass at my church talked about the potential of the agreement, and he touted how the President consulted the Pope to get his input. Sounds like Catholics are going to end up on Frank's hate list too. It would be comical if it wasn't so sad!

You weren't taught to be racist. It was a choice you deliberately made. You have nobody but yourselves to credit for that. It is a good thing that young people are rejecting your demented way of thinking. With the minority population soon to be the majority, I expect you guys will timidly hunker down in your bunkers. Pathetic!

Everyone, and I mean everyone, came out and condemned the execution of these two NY policemen. The horrendous act was that of a deranged madman. The fact that some of the guys on this board daily preach hatred and racism put this blood on their hands. I read the statements of our president, Holder, Sharpton, etc. and they all condemned this horrible act. A few of the guys on this board, on the other hand, constantly preach hatred and racism, and they are doing nothing but making the tensions between the races that much worse. But then again, the same guys praised Putin when he tried to bully the world. So much for their patriotism and judge of character. They probably would have been marching right behind Hitler if they lived in #$%$ Germany. Pathetic and sad that the best use they have with their time is post hateful and divisive #$%$ on a message board.

Coal is being killed by natural gas. The president had nothing to do with it. Natural gas is cheap, clean, and plentiful in our country. Using natural gas has had a tremendous positive effect on our air quality in the NE, and that is extending lives and saving billions in medical costs. I remember when I was a kid and we had a coal furnace and coal bin in our basement. Besides the basement catching fire once, the soot and smoke from the furnace/bin were filthy and unhealthy. Natural gas will make us energy independent unlike the Keystone pipeline that will only supply China, and holds the potential for an extremely toxic spill. Spills involving this kind of toxic crude have been known to totally contaminate the water supply in the areas that have been involved. Luckily, the spills have been "minor" and have only affected a few communities so far. I enjoy getting gas now and paying $2.30 a gallon. You, on the other hand, must have mixed emotions because President O. must get some of the credit.

Frank, your post is kinda of cryptic. Did you take Lunesta and not get enough sleep? Tough to rag on the Prez when oil is in the $50's and gas is sinking every day. You tea party geezers blamed the Prez for the high oil and gas prices during the last election. I guess he deserves the credit now that prices are at multi-year lows. The Keystone Pipeline looks pretty lame now also. Very few permanent jobs were going to be created, and the pipeline was going to transport the most toxic form of crude oil which wasn't going to be used in the US. It was destined for China. With employment rising, unemployment dropping, interest rates stable, and the stock market at all time highs, the Prez is looking good. I believe a recent report came out and said that the current Congress was the most ineffective on record. The number of bills passed was pathetic. Throw in mistakes by rookies like Cruz, and you guys must be swallowing hard with the performance of your "heroes."

Pope Francis reportedly had a hand in brokering this agreement. Pretty tough for Catholics to go against the Pope; especially one so popular and respected as Pope Francis. 50 years of isolation have done nothing to improve relations. Closer ties with Cuba will also weaken or eliminate the Russian influence. Didn't Putin recently talk about using Cuba as a threat to our country. I know Putin was a folk hero to the tea partiers on this board, but the egomaniac looks pretty pathetic now with the sanctions and drop in oil price bringing Russia's currency and economy to its knees. Wouldn't be surprised to see him overthrown in the not too distant future.

He is more of a moderate like Christie, and he is much more of a gentleman. Christie's strength was supposedly his ability to carry some of the NE, but that is no longer true after Bridgegate and NJ's credit downgrades and poor economy. Christie also hurt his image in neighboring PA when he hung out in the Dallas Cowboys owner's box and rooted against the Eagles in last Sunday's game. The latest polls show Christie third at best. Cruz is a disaster, and he might hurt the Republicans if he brings his horse and pony show to the primaries. Harry Reid just ate his lunch in the Senate this past week, and all the GOP knows it except for Cruz.

I believe Cramer has said he has a lot of respect for Frost. I wouldn't be surprised to see him cover OPK's positive news. Maybe Frost will appear on the show if he can take a few minutes away from buying more shares.
