    Foolish corny stag monster Opie,

UNrepentant caliban rrb never did understand. To busy trying to prove in an imaginary singular reality it has special powers.

The high activity and highly variable ex-ante shales are not well suited to the public partnership structure.

Especially when Progressive Hedgie eye can call in political favors from a corrupt administration to aid their short operations.

Sand on the beach favorites would be best if you want to get in on the shale rush.

Front running is illegal. BUffett fired an employee for it.

Again, the SEC investigation of LINE was clearly rigged. It could only take a few days to investigate the hedge book. A few days would not have broken up the original BRY deal.

Ron^3 getting off in the weeds is not going to rationalize what the Obama SEC did.

Protect individual investors? Nope they clearly sided with the shorts. Just by the length of time they took. They understood the critical ramifications of the deal for LINE owners.

Again that concept of the Spirit of the Law. Which is the critical concept between the rule of law and oppression by the rule of men.

Crony Stag monster foreign corn growing capacity has not expanded 2,000% in a few years because farmers outside America can not make a huge profit at $4 a bushel.

Seems you must be a horrible farmer just like your poltroon investment palaver.

How ignorant can you be? What would be the price of American natural gas today if Obama had not abuse his power to slow down natural gas exports? How about if Obama had followed the RFS law and eliminated the now criminal mandate?

Yes it has been easy to make money in the equity markets. I am grateful for my results.

Yep that is what Denisovans do when frustrated. rrn Caliban. ;)

Jon has some really large and very shiny white teeth. I wonder if High Densiovans can do basic math? Certainly the lower order are challenged. They can do tin foil on the head fashion though.

    Load Up The Truck

Jealous. What you really need is some high octane gas not cut with ethanol.

Due to the incompatible detonation points between gasoline and ethanol, the blend will burn the values out and wear the engine. The ethanol based octane booster might make it sound better.

But if you do not have the fuel injection, it will still burn out the valves. As has been done to all the boat engines across America. Without disclosure or even acknowledgement from the wildly lawless Obama EPA.

    Oh Corny stag monster Opie,

I like Jon. He is a good family man. He does benefits. He does genuinely care about people.

Plus I do feel for him. He knows Obama is guilty of abusing the IRS for selfish power. Only one man has the power to attempt such an outlandish cover up. Six hard drives fail and are recycled? No backup records? The NSA can not trace the emails?

Obama will not escape history nor will the failure of the press which is collectivist. Therefore the majority have no shame and look what they gave birthed and animated.

Brilliant as Jon is, so much escapes him. All together it makes him very fascinating and likeable.

Jon was very wrong about Syria.

Now Jon makes a good living mocking people. Usually merited in some measure but not always. Usually he is very good at nuance so it is not overly harsh. Usually.

Hey I do not watch MSNBC or Maher. Simple ignorance matched with tantum and anger. Not interesting like the OLB.

Jon is interesting. Especially his religion and god of 'who give a darn' positivism.
Which of course is the worst possible combination with 'activist' government. As the disgrace and danger of Obama/Reid and Pelosi proves.

Nothing that a few 'I am not responsible' chants along with rounds of golf with political fund raising will not cover. Oh yea republicans and the tea party are now outraged with Obama because they are racist. NOt because our government is functioning close to a third world crony capital state.

Oil Iraq and down the road outlook

    by opinionsarelike33 Jun 17, 2014 10:21 AM

House of Saudi is so disgusted with Obama that it publically broke off our 'relationship'.

Now that Obama has brought American so low and Obama's international humiliations proof, they can simply play the world powers one against another. Indeed, geopolitics makes them a better fit with Putin and totalitarian China.

INdeed, between the corn ethanol insanity destabilizing North Africa and the Middle East along with abandoning the tribal Sunni's; who fought with us against the terrorists, to an Iran-Iraq Shia bully government, Obama put SA on this tigger they must ride.

It is interesting. The Kurds seem to have a working democracy. But then their understanding of Faith has the necessity of the informed consent of the Ummah. Of course informed consent must be based on reason.

Look Obama is such an economic disaster that the only way to get our natural gas industry rational and protect our oil boom is allowing export. Oil is indeed more problematic as it is energy dense and we are very efficient at shipping it. But the last thing our economy needs is low prices causing the rig count to crash like natural gas.

Simply following the RFS law and ending corn ethanol mandates is easy and could delay the need to export oil. Eliminating the illegal as it is unscientific localized EPA gasoline blends would do a great deal to create competition and further lower domestic gasoline prices.

Not to mention with our rail system in a traffic jam, we have real value added products to ship rather than completely defective corn ethanol corruption.

"opinions..you and rrb always post intelligent messages and 'never talk' in circles like the monkey talker"

    Pretty funny!

But then rrb has demonstrated the most basic errors in just the last few days. But that makes it cogent? ;)

Yea Gum I am not aware of it. But it would be what collectivist nihilists do.

What are the Earth Summits but a bunch of elites piling into private chartered planes entitled to rapacious consumption of the earths more rare and expensive delites, upon landing. Saving the earth from the cancer of surplus humanity is heroic. Goofy Gore just had to sell his network to a fuedalist oil state. Had to because capitalism is just so bad and nasty.

Yea it has to do with record profits due to efficiency. They are all scared to death and few have any pricing power outside the progressive really do not need it for anything but to make a nasty statement fashion markets.

A person familar with economics would realize Obama has simply brought European delusions to government policy and no surprise we have European results.More collectivism did not solve any of their problems and in fact made it all worse.

Look America equipped with natural gas and ngls at an 80% discount to world prices should be exploding in growth.

As we saw with the very real and large increases in Middle Class incomes, what Progressive call trickle down is superior in every possible facet.

Full employment should always be the first goal of any modern; not Jon Stewart, economic policy.

    Stag's Opie Prime,

BIg oil recieves no special tax breaks. `The Americans producing all the energy making the Providence of beyond energy self sufficiency real - SHOULD GET MORE REAL TAX BREAKS. If Americans value employment, national security and improving living standards.

YOu are a very odd critter on an American energy board. But then should any rational person be surprised the crony capitalist who will starve people and destabilize the world also group with racists?

AMerican now has the highest corporate tax rates in the world. It is not cute but rather destructive that progressives have loaded the tax code with some much crony capitalist payoffs that the 'effective' rate is low.

So the nasty GE culture pays no taxes. While good old fashion oil men who treat associates with respect and concern as a component of being an American Patriot - pay the highest income taxes in the world, In addition to all sorts of property taxes and royalties.

We should leaves money with the builders and make Obama's GE actually pay some taxes.
