Well, vote with your shares this year. I did last year to veto management compensation package. If enough shareholders to veto compensation package, management will work harder.
1. old supplier has passed, we resubmit. pps - mid 8s
2. old supplier has failed, we choose new one and resubmit. pps - low 8s
No matter what we will sit at 8s just like old times.
Why people keep showing what inside their panty is beyond me !!!??? Is there anyone interested to know that you flip some pennies? Or you just don't have anyone to talk in real life?
True. Corporate management is all "best and brightest" these days. LOL! In our case, CEO is old, content, slow, and not aggressive. And it reflects on our share price. Probably need to write some calls again....
Given they will have tons of options each year, maybe this insider is lazy to time the market. He just sells once is eligible.
If you want POZN works harder than current level, please vote no on the following statement. Are you tired of seeing insiders cashing options and doing nothing???
2. To approve the compensation of the Companys named executive officers, on an advisory basis,
3. To approve certain provisions of the POZEN Inc. 2010 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan to enable the Company to deduct in full certain plan-related compensation under Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code,
The delay will be more than one year.
The worst scenario is no response from FDA and CEO plans to sell shares again.
If pozn ceo dies due to some illness, then the deal is quite possible over his dead body. LOL!
Ur logic is too simple. Please look at BBY. I don't think GME will run 400% from its low like BBY but it will rebound nicely.
Short interest went up from 11/14/2014 39.5 mm to 12/31/2014 51.8mm. These 12.3 mm are roughly shorted below $40. If we are slowly going up from current $40 level, these shorts will have to do something. I bet my money on long. GLTY.
......I am holding on to every share.......
Looks like you are going to do that one more year. Do that to me one more time.....I will never (sell my shares). LOL!!!
It's definitely not insider buying and it's not insider selling as some claimed here, so let's call "insider not selling"?
The bad thing behind this is these options are expired in 2019 and some 2020, this "did-he-ever-do-anything" officer is eager to cash in today's low price.
One strange thing -- the average selling price is $8.61. And SEC document should not have a typo, so where did he sell to?
