Don't forget Walmart is 20% of every retail dollar spent in America. Say, Walmart buys the technology for their private label use, and demands all products sold to them have the water marking bar code.
Walmart "anything" makes the technology accepted world wide by Kraft, Kellogg, and all the beans in China.
Digimarc, Beaverton, Oregon, has been assigned a patent (9,064,398) developed by three co-inventors for "mobile device indoor navigation." The co-inventors are Bruce L. Davis, Lake Oswego, Oregon, Tony F. Rodriguez, Portland, Oregon, and Shankar Thagadur Shivappa, Beaverton, Oregon.
Tomcat... Bruce set up a CF last year...no need to raise cash. The CF was created to prove to the big companies that DMRC had the Financials to support them for years to come. I don't believe he has ever touched the money.
Did I listen to the same call?
IFNY keeps 30% of what comes out of the ground, and they have the Granada group still in the game for their drilling expertise. . No incentive? Better opportunities? I can't seem to find better upside potential for 50 cents in the market. Please respond if you have some names, I'll join ya.
If same news came out last year, this PPS would be north of $3 (even with the dilution)
So, the shares were cut in 1/2 with this deal, and 6 months ago, when IFNY was only keeping 10% of the take, the shares were being cut by 4/5. Nice improvement! It went from 4 to 6 million to 10 million in funding. Another nice improvement.
Please explain what I'm missing!
With funding two things are definite.
1. This company is here to stay
2. And, there's 5 holes to be drilled.. all we need
is one out five to hit The Jackpot
Hanging on for a Triple. In 3 months..... .
