No one cares what you think. We know what you are. You are a fine one to talk about bad behavior and insensitivity. Gstocks is right. You are just a pig.
This is a sinking ship. Sinking faster than I thought. Mike Koss now blaming the Ukraine situation? Oh brother, how weak. He just will never get it. Now KOSS will not distribute dividends this quarter? Apple buying into the headphone business now too. There is NOTHING that will make Koss a buy. The Koss family is the only thing propping up PPS. Their fortune is plummeting. Why would any investor hold shares here?
Below is a copy and paste from Koss website. Pitiful....
"The Company has experienced continued low sales across its network of European distributors as well as with one OEM customer in Asia. The situation has worsened with recent political turmoil in Russia and Ukraine," Michael J. Koss, President and CEO, told employees here today. "The sales in the U.S. have fared better but are also lower than last year," Koss continued.
Sales for the third quarter were $4,300,373 compared to $8,302,113 for the same three month period one year ago, a 48.2% decrease. The three month net loss was $25,121, compared to net income of $115,441 for the third quarter last year. Diluted loss per common share for the quarter was $0.00 compared with diluted income per common share of $0.02 for the same three month period one year ago.
Sales for the nine months ended March 31, 2014 trended down by 31.7% to $17,648,927 compared with $25,859,006 for the same nine month period a year ago. Nine month net loss was $3,398,560 compared to $820,282 of net income for the same nine months last year. Diluted loss per common share was $0.46 compared with diluted income per common share of $0.11 for the same nine month period a year ago.
"Weak economies appear to be the main reason for lower sales in Europe along with some challenges of properly balancing inventories," Koss said.
The Company determined that based on the financial results, the Company would not distibute dividends.

a liability? so are Crips with their special parking, special ramps, special exits, special curbs.
YOU are the liability.
why? Debt not out of line.
No regular dividends exclude Generac from many individual and institurtional buyers. Some companies, like Actuant, distribute even token dividends just to avoid that exclusion. Also, with no dividend, there is little to keep shareholders patient. No dividends also illustrate that a publicly held company is not shareholder friendly.
I won't invest in Generac until they demonstrate that they have shareholders interests as a priority.

If you are wondering why ole Vikki didn't respond it is because she is too busy trolling for male companionship on Yahoo Finance message boards.
She has claimed to have been "involved" with attorneys and high-up management types. The latest is her invovement with a scientist. This speaks to her credibiity. lol.
Here is her latest...

Hi Munchyman. I'm glad you're open to the science of anthropogenic climate change. I would encourage you to look into some of the many, many studies and articles published on the subject in peer-reviewed journals over the last 10 years. Of the scientists who have published, about 97% of them agree man-made activity is causing the problem.
As to the other subject you mention, like ghosts and time-travel, I would suggest these are decidedly NON-scientific. Just look to see how little peer-reviewed articles on those subjects are published. I have known actual scientists and been involved with one and am aware that this is the best way to determine if something can actually be called "science" or not. Rule of thumb.
What do you do for a living? Would love to know more. I like your name!!
I notice the only post history you have is on the BP message board. Apparently you are neither an investor nor a trader. You are similar to vikkitrader in that you seek only to defame BP. What is your incentive? Hers appears to be ecology and seeking companionship. Why do you single out BP? The oil spill is old news.
Didn't know they were bots. Can't Yahoo filter and delete? Yahoo is becoming a poor service. A lot of people switching to E-mail.
Let's hope it pays off. Next quarter earnings report should be a boost. Back to $35 by September.
I am not happy over the share price but am going to love my dividends this month.
welcome back daven. interesting, isn't she?
you would think if she really wanted to attack a company due to ethics, safety, environmental issues, etc., that she would go after GM. GM being sued by IRS for tax evasion and a multitude of families for not recalling product that directly contributed to over a dozen deaths. Then there is the TARP ripoff and a new congressional investigation. So, why BP?
i still think it is personal with her. she must a former terminated employee or been jilted by a BP officer. must be some explantion for her lengthy obsession.
Sure was nice to see BP up .67% on a black day for Wall Street. Also noticed that utilities were all up too. Altho I got hit today, still a lot of solace in outperforming the market.
A nice upgrade but, I must question the motive. Raymond James was the principle underwriter of the secondary offering and then the upgrade? You have to admit, that is suspicious. Also very concerned with the heavy insider selling last month. Again, just coincidence? Just prior to a secondary? Very concerning. Actually, disturbing.
Need to closely watch this position.
Why? First of all they don't have the capital. Secondly, a token div would be offered before a buyback however, they are losing money. Third, the share price is way too high although today's drop of another 3% helps, lol.
Outlook is horrible here. Why would anyone own this?
