    Tomorrow's Weil Energy Conference

Comment about Rochelle production : Both wells have produced at rates of over 70
million cubic feet of gas per day, with an additional ~ 3,000 boepd of liquids.

That doesn't look good to me. The first well was producing 44mcfday + 2500 boepd. It means that the new well is producing only the half of the first well.

118 Mio of revenue and still a big loss. I wonder how they will do in the coming month. It seems impossible for this company to post a profit. There is too much interest and depreciation. They bought Alba at a much too high price.
Other negative. They see a decline at Bacchus and Alba is much lower than anticipated. They had a goal to reach 20k barrels per day but they will never achieve that. Impossible. IMO this company will go bankrupt in the coming months. They don't have a lot of cash. What is your opinion ???

  • HOUSTON, Feb. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Endeavour International Corporation (END) (ENDV.L) ("Endeavour" or the "Company") today announced that production has recommenced at Rochelle, a gas-condensate field, in the U.K. North Sea.

The East Rochelle E2 well is on production and flowing to the Scott Platform. The West Rochelle W1 well is anticipated to restart production in a few days. Details regarding flow rates will be discussed during Endeavour's fourth quarter conference call on March 5, 2014. Production from the two wells is expected to exceed the available capacity limits across the Scott Platform.

  • HOUSTON, Jan. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Endeavour International Corporation (END) (ENDV.L) today announced the closing of a $255 million senior secured first lien term loan with an interest rate of 8.25% (Libor + 700 basis points). The first lien note is a strip facility consisting of a $125 million Secured Term Loan and a $130 million LC Procurement Facility with the same interest cost.

The Company has used the net proceeds from the offering to refinance its 13% $115 million Revolving Credit Facility and replace its two reimbursement agreements ($120 million at 13% and $33 million at 9%, interest rates respectively). The lower amount of the LC Procurement Facility is a direct result of the first confirmed step toward tax relief for field decommissioning security obligations in the U.K. North Sea. A further reduction to the outstanding amount of this decommissioning security is expected soon. The facility contains a standard covenant package and is due in November 2017. Credit Suisse acted as the company's exclusive placement agent for the financing facility.

This announcement is neither an offer to sell nor the solicitation of an offer to buy these securities and shall not constitute an offer, solicitation or sale in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale is unlawful.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • As previously reported, SunTrust upgraded Endeavour to Buy from Neutral. The firm upgraded shares due to increasing production growth as the E2 well at Rochelle comes online, a likely debt refinance, underestimated cash flow potential, and optionality on the exploration portfolio. Price target raised to$10 from $5.50.
