I have educated myself with this particular peptide vaccine. That's why I sold on Weds this week. Only had 500 shares. Will never invest here again, unless I hear the FDA verdict on this issue.
Of course it was, but the FDA will not sweep it under the rug. More tests will be ordered.
That is not true. In the amyloid beta peptide vaccine for AD, which because of permeability of the BBB, JNJ and PFE actually found a higher viral load in the CFS........that's serious a viral infection of the brain. The FDA will take this very seriously and my advice to you is to beware.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
The amyloid beta peptide vaccines which failed in AD trial by PFE and JNJ found the same elicit behavior as rindo with the blood–brain barrier (BBB) or the blood–cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) barrier may breaking down, allowing fluid to accumulate in the brain's extracellular space and subsequent cerebral swelling. You big dogs think the FDA will overlook this? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You clearly do not know what you are talking about.
as it may require more mouse tests to understand how peptide vaccines allow permeation of the BBB.
This brain swelling is a problem with peptide vaccines which may also allow viruses to transport the BBB such as encephalitis and WNV. This is deadly:
"“We’ve found that this vaccine is tolerated well with limited systemic toxicity, but we’ve also observed that there are some patients who have immunological responses in the vaccine target in the brain that can cause swelling and transient worsening and, subsequently, some of those children can have very favorable responses,” said Dr. Pollack, the Walter Dandy professor of neurological surgery and vice chairman for academic affairs in the department of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine."
I think you need to understand business management better. The company can issue shares and buy them back if they feel they are grossly undervalued. Here bone up:
They have the cash and now credit to give a free share for every share. That's only 50M.
I am in the money all day on CLDX. The FDA will take that instance of cerebral swelling very seriously as it was trial initiated. Back to toxicology P1 mouse studies imo.
Just a thought Sponge.
Now is NOT the time CLDX wants to uncover basic PI toxicology issues. I am CSF.
Note the issue was never observed last year:
However as of today:
just Goog rindo and cerebral swelling. Granted it was one patient treatment related, which is serious as it poses a toxicological issue or possible longer term cerebral swelling over the course of treatment. This is serious.
That is very probable now with preliminary results of rindo/combinational therapy. The bad news for CLDX is that Cerebral swelling was observed in "one" patient in a small population. This is serious and the FDA will get to the bottom of it. Keep buying NWBO and short CLDX from the high.
Sounds like an ongoing episode of Bullwinkle.
