they have the right t cancel the shares since their in BK, and they will do so, the easiest path of resistance, no need to give anybody anything, they will get frsh investors new money with a price target not in pennys and no reverse split. that is all a pipe dream. they want cash and they will get it by issuing new shares. sorry to wake you up from a nice dream. i wish it was true for your sake but i just don't see it. time will tell money talks is business remember that.

T he only value here is the spectrum, and is not up for sale it is the whole company up for sale its already thought of as an asset that has only value as company is able to use that spectrum. not an easy valuation to make if the technology does not value the spectrum and I think that is the problem with most bidders. what to do with the spectrum and if technology can be applied to that specific spectrum. too much of a risk at this time

Will Greece Be First in Europe To Join the BRICS?

if people get a job there than yes Greece can get on track but with unemployment that high it will never happen austerity does not help and the truth is that they need jobs growth. if they go back to drachmas they might have a chance to do that but with the current austerity majors it will not happen. i believe the GREEKS see the truth now. TAKEN THE EMERGENCY FUNDS FROM EUROPE ECB and than trying to negotiate a debt relief is not the way a country should business that tells a lot about the corruption and mental stupidity of the economics running the country. if they do that with another country like china or the brics would be a disaster in the making. they should find a solution with the ECB and come to terms and both sides should agree on maybe longer terms or lower interests less austerity measures and creation of jobs not the opposite that Germany wants. Germany wants more austerity. that is stupid, they should have never loan Greece money since they knew that austerity measures would not work. it is a mess financially and politically now it became a crisis for Europe. and the EU has open the doors for a political monster to develop, good luck with that one they are already in power. not an easy fix now. lets hope for the best.

why go begging when they just can exit the EU and be done with it. of course to any reasonable person it seems that the government is made out of a punch of crooks looking for hand outs. first you give them money and then they tell you i don't want to pay it back looking for deals and most likely looking for a complete forgiveness of the debt. what shame, these Greeks are not Greeks they are gypsies. i am out of here watching from distance and better stay there. governments are not stupid and the Greeks are looking for other peoplet to pay for there ouzo
