nam, Thanks for staying interested in the B.S. andre is pedaling. I just don't have the time, but I'm glad someone does. When I started trading stocks back in 2001, I would have said that message boards don't move stocks. But even if it was true then it's certainly not true now. message boards, twitter and the like all are employed so truth is easily manipulated. Trading really is a full time job and one day I hope to be able to do it full time myself. In the meantime thanks to you and others(td also comes to mind).

I really liked what Hobbes had to say about Otrexup. They must be confident in thier positioning agaist Rasuvo if they are now compairing (favorably) the launch of Otrexup to that of Rasuvo. Also, that they are adding sales reps to 7 NEW territories implies strongly that they are happy with the progress the reps are making in the current territories. That's the way to keep the pressure on Medac! All that to say, it makes me believe that the launch will indeed hit an inflection point, abeit later than some have projected. All gravy for ATRS because it seems the market has lowered expectations for Otrexup too much.

But don't they have to submit an amendment "in December"? That's an awfully tight timeline to be sitting on approval. Also, AB rating is a prettybig deal even for them (Big Dog). I would think they would pr that news.

Maybe. But it could also be a case of they can't go down everyday. I'm watching a bunch too, but I know so little about what makes that sector tick. Be careful.

We can still have a discussion about Otrexup script growth can't we? I think you pointed out that the script's don't seem to be increasing at the same rate as the increase in the prescribing doctors would suggest? So, if q over q we went from 600 to 1000 prescribing docs, the 1000 plus docs must be writing less prescriptions per doc. all else equal. That's what it seems and that's a good question that I can't answer. Any Ideas? I do think last week's script numbers, while not terrible for a 4 day week, should be viewed with caution. My reasoning is because of Friday being an unusual day. Some have suggested that it should be viewed more as a 3 day week B/C so many were off on Friday. But Doctors offices were open and busy, My girlfriend works as a nurse in a Dr"s office and they were pretty swamped. So while it may be true that a lot of people traveled and a lot of people shopped, a lot of people also went to the dr. on Friday, perhaps especially people with preexisting conditions such as RA. Having said all that, I think we may have reached a point where expectations for O have come down so much that O can be considered an asset again. It just may take an extra year or so to reach peak sales.

Many are still underwater, including me ($2.82 avg). But as ATRS recovers it's important to know what you own. Of course there will be trading opportunities, there always are. But don't overtrade. So much going on. remember the last thing Hobbs said? It was the 3 new inhouse products. We haven't heard that since whats-his- face was the CEO. Point is, all systems go on all fronts. This could be the beginning of a multi-year bull run. So, maybe, don't overtrade.

LD, It's OK to question and have doubt. I used to be in your camp. 2 books that I would recomend are: "Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis and " Has God Spoken?" by Hank Hannegraaff. Both books were written by former skeptics. May you have a wonderful life here on earth and maybe I will see you in Heaven.

I looked at it when Whogo posted it and I would go even further and say the volume is so low that it's not even doable in small chunks. How small 100-200 shares at a time? If you don't sell on the way up a ton of money could be left on the table. Overall, not worth it to me, buy you were right about the direction whogo, so I'll give you your props.

Nice call. I checked it out, but it just trades too thinly for me, even if I only had a small position. Definately a sell on the way up stock(while you are still right)

    Larry Smith's Latest ATRS Article

On one hand, it's a pretty good article. On the oter hand, it doesn't say much we don't already know. He uses some pretty conservative numbers and comes up wit a $6-$12 price range for 2016?, I believe. He does not account for anything we don't know more about such as the phizer deal or the most recent colaboration that ATRS told us about during the latest c.c.

Thanks for digging up the scripts. Agree those numbers aren't bad in the context of the last couple weeks. At least we are headed back up. Rasuvo numbers seem rather underwhelming so far and that's a plus as well.

I'm sure they would have been posted if someone had them, but the price action and volume today seems to indicate that the latest numbers are mediocre at best. Just an educated guess.

It's OK to be a lousy buy and hold investor because buy and hold, as it is commonly understood, is a myth. It is more accurate to say that we are all really traders trading different timeframes. We make mistakes for many reasons, but it is helpful for me to remember that all timeframes are unfolding simultaneously (in the stock market as in life). What would even trying to wrap our minds around such a concept mean? I believe we might be closer to seeing time the way God sees time. Now I have gone off the rails, sort of. Thanks for your thoughtful post.

If they need to raise cash to fund future projects that's O.K., but not at $2. That's where I would draw the line and sell. I think the likelihood of them raising cash at these levels is almost zero, so I'm in, but that's where I'd say I was wrong.

How do you shrug over the phone? That's a good question. It's not the fist time pjmyers has taken some liberties with his posts. I was always very surprised JH would make such a statement in the first place, or even that JH would necessarily know what funds were moving in and out of ATRS at any given time. I'm not calling anyone a liar, but perhaps pjmyers misheard JH?
