Sector is in shambles and overall market is a concern. As long as we don't go down 5-10% in the overall market, I don't see GTN much below $10.....JMVHO. DaninFW

I first started buying EVC after you posted it would be $16.92 on 9-23-13. Are you saying you now lied to everyone? What a snake you are. You said their debt was one of the lowest in sector and cash flow was improving because of refi. Why did you lie to all of us? DaninFW

Sector is still in a shambles and I hate to call a bottom when I've been wrong several times on EVC lately. But, today was close to if not textbook capitulation. We hit a new 52 week low, bounced to close above previous day on highest volume in over a year. I would like to have seen it close at a high for the day. that would have been confirmation. Looks like any weak hands or big sellers had a chance to get out. We should get confirmation tomorrow. I expect to see a nice bounce in the morning. If we get it and hold we may well have bottomed. Those that bought in low 4's IMVHO will do nicely. Wish I had waited longer but if wishes were fishes the brooks would be overflowing. Hopefully, the worst is over and blue skies from here. DaninFW

First off, I have zero aliases. Second you said you had nothing against me personally but every single post that you have ever posted has been an attack on me and everyone else on this board. That is an incredible record to be 100% attacking and negative in every single post. What a miserable childhood you must have had with everyone always telling you how stupid you were. BTW your grammatical style is worst than mine. To make that statement you had to have reread your post a dozen times to make sure it was perfect before you attacked me. Then, you used the word "I' twice together in the first sentence. How pathetic to be such a little man that you get your kicks out of attacking others. I hate to be negative but you make it quite fun. DaninFW

I tried to reply and Yahoo would not let me so everyone could easily read but Outpissed did a post on 9-23-13 just over 10 months ago where he predicted EVC would go up to $16.92. EVC was $5.64 on 9-23-14 and he predicted it would triple. He also talks about the low debt levels of EVC and dramatically increasing free cash flow.......now does that sound like our favorite pumper and dumper? How pathetic. Let him deny that one. It can be read by all. DaninFW

I found this jewel from 9-23-13 just a little under 10 months ago where Outpissed was predicting EVC to go 3X $5.64 the closing price of EVC on 9-23-14. He was pumping EVC to go to $16.92 just a short time back. He also brags about the low debt and increasing cash flow for EVC. What a scam artist. Do you now want to lie and say this wasn't true. Facts are facts. Outpissed is a pumper and dumper. DninFW

What a con artist. Net debt that I stated was total of current liabilities and long term liabilities. I did not subtract assets. These are real numbers if you know how to read a balance sheet, SEC filing, press release, etc. I was going to post a comparison of entire balance sheet but didn't want to confuse anyone. Seems even simple things baffle you. For the record, total assets also increased from 2010 to 2013 from $490,810,000 to $538,237,000. That also improved almost $48 million. As for truth's "debt".....that is exactly what I posted. Real debt has dropped by the amount I stated while assets also went up. You nutcases seem to forget that in 2010 many thought we were still going into a depression. Warren Buffett was loaning money at 15% to triple AAA credit rated companies. Yes, this sector is cyclical but hopefully the financial crisis isn't. If so, we have a lot more to worry about then EVC. Please quit twisting what I say. Also, the real issue with sector crash is CBS sending a strong message to their affiliates.....since they yanked a station from LIN and gave it to Tribune. Anyone with CBS stations got clobbered. Sector is crashing because Monday, Rockefeller and Thune on the Senate Commerce Committee banded together and proposed ala carte decision by viewers for broadcast channels......nothing to impact cable channels which are the real cost increase driver. Then, yesterday we had Barry Diller testifying before the committee trying to get legislation to revive Aereo. I said almost a year ago that Aereo was a dark cloud. It is not over yet. Aereo s now asking the courts to consider them a cable company and they have a loophole where they would only have to pay a fraction of the copyright instead of retrains if the courts agree with the,. The Copyright office has already disagreed but threw it back to the courts. They claim the Supreme Court made them a cable company. These are the reasons sector is crashing not the lunacy of a few on this board. Hopefully, EVC will settle soon. They really upset the analysts. GLTA DaninFW

Outpissed made a statement that I should respond to truth's inaccurate statements. I feel I already have but I will tackle the first 5 or 6 here:
    1) EVC has even more debt than they did during the darkest days when its was well below $1
Totally inaccurate. SEC filings show Total Liabilities for EVC on 12-31-10 of $480,453,000 which have dropped to $394,876,000 as of 6-30-14. They have paid debt down almost $86 million in last 3.5 years. Lies again.
    2) The future of old world "broadcast" & radio becomes dimmer every day
Yes, viewership is down for all broadcasters but still much coveted audience and advertisers willing to pay more to get them. Advertising revenues for EVC have gone from $200,476,000 to $223,916,000 from 2010 to 2013. A big increase and does not include retrans growth.
    3) EVC interest expense is set to start increasing once again (contractually)
Current interest rates stay at 3.5% for next 16+ months till 12-31-15. At that time only $186 million in debt affected and rate goes to 5.23% so in 2016 EVC will see annual debt increase cost of $3,218,000. Small amount considering they were paying 8.75% in 2010 on much bigger debt load. Cash flow has also increased astronomically since 2010. You will love that number.
    4) Analyst want EVC to extend Univision contract and EVC can not
EVC has the upper hand. Listen to conference call. Telemundo is gaining ground on Univision while EVC has #1 and #2 news in almost all markets. Univision needs EVC to attract viewers to their programming. SBGI, GTN, LIN, MEG, etc. etc. have gone over contract periods while negotiating. EVC has years before contracts are up. Almost all current broadcasters are up years before Univision deal with EVC expires.
    5) EVC has wasted money on more bad acquisitions
I and the analysts may agree on this one
    6) EVC still can not be bought (univision veto)
Univision may well find a buyer of their shares so they can do IPO or get bought out.

You are still saying EVC will now be $1 a share. Do you really think the people on this board are that stupid?Just because you sold last time at $7 while pumping the stock and telling everyone to buy, buy, buy and that it was going to $12-14???? I hope I saved some people from buying your shares at $7 because I was telling everyone it was not worth more than $7-8. Facts are facts. Anyone can go back and see that I am right.
