Any speculation as to why they sold ? anticipating poor trimesta data or?

  • the following bill introduced on May 22nd '13 sponsored by Iowa Senator Tom Harkin which was "not" enacted upon _ About S.959, the Senate compounding pharmacy bill of which groups oppose it mainly because it is written in a way that would likely shut off access to important medications like bioavailable estriol and time-released natural thyroid._ Suggest to radar this issue because drug companies don't often play the opposing side of a political football game _ I'm in the camp that it will not resurface or be enacted as JR and our window shopping potential partners "must be" too _ There might be a rather high probability down the road though, that the insurance companies, Medicare, and the like won't offer any coverage or copay _ When it comes down to money any type of deal will add these considerations into the mix, right, hun - thnx & Best of Make'n $$s

Is there a reason to rule-out Pfizer ? Though not my 1st nor 2nd guess I place them as a good long-shot because of their '09 acquire of Wyeth and their recent failed attempt to get AstraZeneca _ Wyeth has or had time in the MS space and "over the pond" estriol is used and approved.

Good word choice _ he stuck with numbers, release dates, and the like _ not much passion for the product line showed _ maybe it was too early in the day for him or could not maintain interest with such a small turnout or?_ someone at catz is on top of things by designing a controller after the famed Korean models to easily get back to the neutral position - hopeful there - then again why don't we have a state-of-the-art non mechanical keyboard _ or did I miss something - sorry for my delayed response

  • 1st thing at the open yesterday there was an 85K order from "AMEX" - granted that is not a lot of $$s or shares _ So not much of that was filled since Monday's closing vol was 58,200 _ Interesting at today's closing level 2 showed 182K sitting on the buy side from "AMEX" again - I'll look at it tomorrow too for the fun of it as it will keep my ming off of DR's lack of innovative zero creativity pretty boring presentation _ Where was the passion - i'll listen to it for the 2nd time tonight to just maybe check my open minded status

Absolutely - Anita nailed trimesta down for investors and JR's responses were informative and openly honest - Anyone invested "should" always sign in to listen to the live CC when one assess it to be important in a timely way - all it costs is your time and maybe some cell minutes

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Also I have to put a couple feathers in the CEO's cap for these two latest personnel happenings - especially the 1st - my "reading between the lines" says the Trimesta partnership deal is done - the handshake took place now the hard copy is getting set

Got all the shares I can afford unless something changes _ The closer mcz gets towards the end of the year the higher the pps better be acting, at least in Nov & Dec on into '16 _ With Q4 report due approx. June 4th then Q1 due Aug 6th there-abouts and just maybe not such a good stock market environment I'd think somewhere in that time period is the time to buy as we make a new low for the year _ Posi news will change that but anyways that's my dusty crystal-ball thought - Best of Make'n $$s

Haven't seen any of JR's statements being unrealistic, not that I've scrutinized every pr specifically for that detail _ He is definitely trying to make this happen within the 2nd Q _ To me this means the next trimesta data, the one we are waiting on, will be out early enough for those potential partners to review - not the end of June _ And in JR's thinking enough time to make a decision by 6/30 _ We know that factor is not in his control as is the obvious what will the data reveal ??? Agree with you re NVS as a strong one and the "multi" others minus teva unless with MYL they do a generic pill - unlikely ? _ Best of Make'n $$s

1st the most important thing complements from Wikipedia under new haven, ct - New Haven's greatest culinary claim to fame may be its pizza, which has been claimed to be among the best in the country,[103][104][105][106] or even in the world.[107][108] New Haven-style pizza, called "apizza" (pronounced ah-BEETS, [aˈpitts] in the original Italian dialect), made its debut at the iconic Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana (known as Pepe's) in 1925.[109] Apizza is baked in coal- or wood-fired brick ovens, and is notable for its thin crust. Apizza may be red (with a tomato-based sauce) or white (with a sauce of garlic and olive oil), and pies ordered "plain" are made without the otherwise customary mozzarella cheese (originally smoked mozzarella, known as "scamorza" in Italian). A white clam pie is a well-known specialty of the restaurants on Wooster Street in the Little Italy section of New Haven, including Pepe's and Sally's Apizza (which opened in 1938). Modern Apizza on State Street, which opened in 1934, is also well-known +++ 2nd - The alias issue sounds like a crazy pain in the rump, so what's up with that ? ** Lastly we'll see - remeb I'm long

    Sentiment: Hold

  • My long position identifies me as hopeful _ But the Kool-Aid is still sitting in the refrigerator _ What I'm not hopeful on is the 2nd half of the year for the economies worldwide _ The dollar is losing it's petro status being debunked by Russia, China, Japan, others, and even the Saudis _ Countries financial and economic problems are increasing again _ International political and religious conflicts are getting further entangled _ The well kept secrets within the World Bank and International Monetary Fund being exposed is heading towards a major event _ Housing market is on track for a set-back in this same time-frame _ There are other factors too in this all too likely Doomsday possibility _ Our 3.3 mil Shelf activates the other end on or about Oct 1st - I'm throwing out this Kool-Aid _ IF only 1 or 2 of those Doomsday things plays out it will be interesting to see the effect it has on our holiday season _ Unless you are anticipating some share price moving great news prior to this up & coming season aren't we holding at least until then and also on through until Apr '16 minimum _ Don't be surprised if sales & profits lag RB3 _ I do think our pps will fair out on a comparative bases, but at the same time fall short of most long-holder's dreams _ These economic and worldwide factors will be bad timing for us _ Also won't be shocked here to see .25 to .30 before .60 to .65 and it is possible the Shelf will hold us between .30 & .35 until Oct as the low _ As the Doomsday news hits the fan repetatively and the year winds down I'll make some Kool-Aid to have on hand and we'll pick up closing out year '15 in the .50s - Roll the Dice & Best of Make'n $$s
