They just can't seem to turn the corner over the last few months. Ever since the first delay announcement, it has been complete and utter disappointment after dissapointment. Even their long awaited first flight ended up in a loss for shareholders by the end of the can that even make sense?!

I don't even know what they can do anymore. Even if they get the test planes back in the air, people are looking for the littlest detail to pick on and keep driving this down into the ground. Earnings were in line and even better than expected and we got a brief relief from the stock price heading under $ long before it gets back there? An hour? Two hours?

    It's ridiculous...

    Correction, it was Cannacord

Either way, the street reaction was a 1.58% drop in share price after this. Which is funny cause had it been a downgrade, it would have dropped 5.58% so either way, any analyst rating review....even positive...makes this go down.

So much for the momentum it had....

Price target increase from $4.25 to $5.00 with a "Buy" rating. This might be the beginning of some good news for a change regarding this stock. Maybe it has finally hit rock bottom and only way to go right now is up. Of course, this will only be solidified with a return of the C Series test planes to the air and no more annoying delays like we are currently experiencing....

This stock should be at $37.00 NOT $3.70 !!!!

At this point I wish it was even at $3.70. It has not gone up 1 single penny in 9 of the last 10 trading days. And that coming off a successful airshow considering nothing was expected. It is just massively being shorted and every time they open their mouths, something bad comes out of it. Can't wait until Thursday's earnings call where they explain the next set of disappointing news and let's be honest....we all know it's coming.

    Embraer is killing BBD

The street had confidence in BBD? What day was this?

No matter what it does (positive, negative, nothing), it doesn't get any respect at all. Of course, I am talking about the stock manipulators. The every day average Joe that buys into this doesn't make it drop from today's high of $3.89 to now $3.80 and dropping on a day where is announced multiple deals for 50 CSeries planes.

Embraer is not manipulated so when good news comes out, it goes up and stays up. BBD started the day well but once it hit resistance.....the shorting and dumping began. Up 3 cents but down 9 cents from the day's clear what is happening here.

Sorry but this is not news whatsoever and we have known about the 300+ hours for days now. I'm sure with 5-7 test planes flying, they can obtain the remaining 2000 hours of flight tests in the next 365 days.

The testing will resume in a week or two as the problem was not major and can be fixed quickly.

  • danvandam19 danvandam19 May 26, 2014 4:20 PM Flag

Of course, up all day and 1 POS selloff with 1 second left in the trading day to wipe away all typical

  • danvandam19 danvandam19 May 26, 2014 9:19 AM Flag

Well, they really don't have to come up with any new articles or bad press for this stock....they are doing an awesome job of bringing the stock price down by simply recycling old articles so I'm sure if they re-published the story about the CSeries being delayed until the second half of 2015, it should go down 2-3% more's really that easy.

The Farnborough air show is coming up shortly and a nice press release by BBD stating that they will NOT be showcasing the CSeries plane should make shareholders very happy. Sales are say the least.....and not exposing it and marketing it at the biggest air show will probably be their next strategic move to #$%$ everyone off.

Useless.....this POS stock is headed lower and lower and lower and lower...there is no stopping it. No new orders, rumours about existing orders, rumours about more delays to the CSeries....there is absolutely nothing turning there way and this, since forever

  • danvandam19 by danvandam19 May 23, 2014 10:00 AM Flag

This week was just full of articles about firm deals that are RUMORED to maybe one day eventually in the future possibly being cancelled....perhaps.

These articles, based on speculation and rumors, generated REAL reactions by the trigger happy, brain dead or manipulating investors to make this stock crash further and further.

I haven't seen anyone one of these agencies pick up the story about FTV4 first flight but then again, this is positive news and might make people think this might be a good pick up.....who wants to read about that?!

Not sure why there is so much hate for this company or stock to be honest? Is it in our destructive nature? Do we want to see the 2 giants destroy everyone in their path? Is it the company logo? Their colours? Why is there so much hate towards a company trying to establish themselves by introducing a new plane?

Down $0.04 at the end of the day when it should have finished not far from $4. Complete BS once again driven by trigger happy idiots who re-read the same article published 7 days ago and freak out the same way twice! Hopefully another news agency doesn't report the same comments next week so that the stock plummets again on old NON NEWS.

    POS investors.....

Nothing happened....mofos started dropping shares because of an article republished about Republic possibly cancelling their order in 2 years article that came out May 15th that probably got lost and recycled today.

    danvandam19 danvandam19 May 16, 2014 11:19 AM Flag

Of course the firm survives this....they actually had nothing to do with what happened to the stock price yesterday....for a change.

When they talked about the possibility of buying the CSeries to replace their Embraer planes, stock did nothing. When they announced they changed their minds, the stock plummets. It's so annoying to sit here waiting for 1 good piece of news when we are constantly bombarded with negative #$%$ relating to this company.

And don't get me wrong, they had a hand it this being under the $4 range more than anyone else with their 3 delays of CSeries entry into service so as much as AC sucks alot, BBD needs to start doing something to stop #$%$ off its shareholders for a change.

Mark my words, with this deal in the dumps and Republic basically saying they are going to postpone the cancellation of their order until a later day, they had better bring one of those test planes to the Farnborough air show and show off this freakin plane to anyone and everyone attending.

    Can go to hell

People responsible for the losses today are also full of #$%$.

  • danvandam19 danvandam19 May 2, 2014 3:36 PM Flag

Sell it the day before and buy it back the next day (earnings day) after it crashes 5-15%. Seems to be the pattern over the last few earnings reports.

    Earnings Q1

    danvandam19 danvandam19 May 1, 2014 11:30 AM Flag

If the shorts were gettting out, wouldn't that make the price go up since they would be buying back? What do you mean?

And ya, you'd think they would like to eventually present earnings with pride instead of being on the defensive yet again and bullshitting us.

It has been 2 months since FTV3 had first flight and while we are STILL waiting for FTV4, it will come "in the upcoming weeks". Why is everything "in the weeks to come"?? Why is this taking so long?

I guess we can say another Earnings report, another #$%$ day ahead of us.

    Well, maybe one day......

Hope nobody spent any potential gains made this week cause they are more likely gone by the time market opens.

    Seriously unbelievable.....

  • danvandam19 by danvandam19 Apr 30, 2014 1:40 PM Flag

Based on the increase over the past few days of the stock price, any suggestions that they will finally beat expectations for a a positive manner I mean....

Would be nice to wake up and see the momentum continue, an announcement that FTV4 will take to the air VERY shortly and that CSeries will be featured at Farnborough air show....anyone with me here?!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Why am I not surprised that you posted NOTHING after this:

Toronto council has voted unanimously 44-0 to push ahead with negotiations that could lead to the expansion of Billy Bishop Airport.

Councillors debated a proposal to expand the runways at the island airport to allow Porter Airlines to fly jets to and from the downtown location on Tuesday.

Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly told reporters he considers the vote a victory.

"The modernization of the airport is not dead. People thought it was three months ago," Kelly said. "The airport is critical to the health of our downtown, to our business community. It will not only give more jobs but the variety of jobs our men and women are looking for."

Robert Deluce, CEO of Porter Airlines, told reporters he wasn't anticipating a strong vote from council.
"There needs to be an environmental assessment and a master plan. The interesting thing is that those things can take place while the negations are going on. It should come together quite nicely sometime in 2015," Deluce said.

Councillors who have publically opposed the expansion are also considering this vote a victory.

You clearly only post when it is negative news in regards to BBD. This doesn't mean they won, but it is a huge unexpected majority vote to pursue analysis (which we new would be the ONLY positive outcome to realistically come out of the meeting yesterday)
