Yes, my thought exactly. Get rid of those "piker" shares. I must say considering how the market is doing LTS has been pretty steadfast.

I think we'll se LTS move when the offering is done and announced.

I know LTS is being manipulated, but I don't think it's the floor man at the AMEX. Frost is on the AMEX board so I don't think that's where it's happening.

And the bought up the debt for shares. To make money now they need the share price to go up.

They're watching where the share go. I couldn't buy it on line, I had to speak to a trader at AMTD.

Maybe LTS will take another run at 1.80. Frost or his buddies have made their bet, now they need to improve the PPS.

I don't deserve to be called an idiot and neither does anyone else on this board. The loan is being paid off with a shelf offering:
(“Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services” or the “Company”) announced today that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of shares of its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”). The Company intends to list the Series A Preferred Stock on the NYSE MKT under the symbol “LTS PrA.” The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Series A Preferred Stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay certain of its debt and for general corporate purposes. -
They don't have to repurchase shares....they "may" repurchase shares. If they find a better use for their money, I'm sure they'll use it for that.

I own both PBTH and OPK. I've follow Frost for awhile and made money with him. Just hold on to your shares and you'll do well.

My husband was in the hospital in NJ recently because he had bleeding somewhere in his GI tract. He was given this camera pill to swallow. It really was magic. They found three spots and they were able to cauterize. Wonderful gadget. No surgery. Just bought some because I'm thinking it time. I used to own shares in this company many, many years ago, but doctors weren't ready to adopt.
