My newest addition to my Frost portfolio is IDI. They recently merge with Interactive Data (does data fusion) and did a reverse split. Has a good team in place. They will probably sell the media advertising part.
Yes, holding CDXC and OPK. Also LTS, ROX, COCP, IDI. Have owned other Frost stocks through the years. Happy Frost investor.
getty, There's nothing wrong with flipping burgers. it's honest, if underpaid work. What's wrong is posting annoying nonsense.
Come on ERB turn green. This ain't going to 0 like the shorts hope. It's a very viable company that's having a lot of growing pains.
I don't usually comment about spelling because I'm not very good at it, but is more than just spelling mistakes, You're making basic English grammatical mistakes. And have nothing of substance to add to the conversation. Guess I'll have to put you on ignore like many of the others,
Nah, not a big deal in the whole scheme of things. As I said before, I'll just wait. What could the SEC do delist them and then what? Maybe there wont be a lot of trading in their stock. ;-)
If I were the CEO of ERB, I would keep every in over the weekend and report on Monday.
Oh, fiddlesticks. This is pure manipulation and investors not really understanding how little importance reporting late has.. I'm sorry for those that bought in the high 3's, but their is absolutely nothing wrong with this company as far as I can tell. What do you think the SEC is going to do? Close down the company? Delist them until they report? My thinking is that tomorrow should be a wonderful day to increase one's holdings. It's at it's 50 day average.
I'm invested in many Frost stocks. Some report on time, some don't. Some keep the investor in the loop, some don't. If this turns out to be a good investment (Has been so far. ), it will be nice to have gotten in on the ground floor. These little companies are to unpredictable in many ways and that's why the undies can't invest in them. It gives us little investors a great poppy and head start.
Why would there be a secondary if they're getting money from the sale of the property? They'll report when they report. And I think this report is going to be a nonevent to boot. So anyone not willing to wait should get out and stop complaining.
You really think the SEC cares about this little company being late? Maybe they'll threaten to delist them again. The SEC has it's hands full trying to keep tabs on real cheaters. The funds the SEC gets have been lowered and it's been harder and harder for them to keep up with what's going on. You know, leave the capital markets alone and let them police themselves bs.
