Do you think a buyout is coming or possible taking the company private is the answer. Another solution could be just great future earnings. Almost 200,000 shares traded today and that isn't an accident.
Could this be the company buying the $5 mil in their stock. Often companies buy their own stock back when they are going to be purchesed. This stock makes the take over easier.
We don't need to know why because the vol. tells us it is good knews. If you believe in Tech. Analysis $10.00 will the next big peak and I believe we will see that soon. Don't be surprise if there are companies sniffing around SYPR as a possible take over because of their earnings.
The stock opens up but then trades off all day. This pattern is usually when a large seller is liquidating a large position. If this is true I hope they will soon be out of their position and then the stock could rally.
If SYPR trades above $5 for a few days the stock will become marginable and Institutional investors will be able to purchase it. This will be huge. Also with each quarters earnings gaining the price earnings ratio will become smaller therefore if the earnings were $1.50 the stock would be trading at less than 4 times earning. This is what we have been waiting for.
I have finally figured it out. The company is repurchasing the $5 mil in stock but all the stock is all coming from the insiders that got their shares for nothing. In fact if you check the shares outstanding you will find they are going up.
I wonder if this selling is insiders selling theur option stock? If that is the case iof the company buy stock back the tptal outstanding will not be reduced. Rotten deal.
The President of SYPR isn't interested in money but his reputation. He want to control a major company and this one is about to pop. The services are going to make this a major player when the money is released. Why have all those generals on the board?
It looks as if the sypr officals want to buy their stock between $4.00 and $4.20. If that is true we may have to wait until earnings to see the stock move much. Why should they pay up for their stock if people will sell it at these prices. This could be a gret time to buy in front of the companies purchases. What other ideas are out there.
The heavy selling will make March 12 that much sweeter. Now that SYPR has made a base above $4.00 when the selling stops the stock will take a big jump up I think. Any ideas what the next earnings will be?
What a great idea of reducing the share at these low prices and when the stock goes over $12 they will do a stock split still keeping the outstanding share low. The comoany might even sell a small amount of shares in a secondary to give them working capital for future purchases.
