Entertaining and yet sad at the same time.
Looking to add just above 19.
Then again well into 18's if I can.
ER wasn't that bad.
Some items did concern me a bit.
Still nice divvy(which we jsut received). Mario still involved and I'd like to think adding here.
ER wasn't clean.
I just bought back the lot I bought at 18.85 on 10/10/14 and sold on 10/16/14 for 20.15 (and then the stock ran - what another buck).
I bought them back at 19.24 and have other orders in for trading shares.
Remember in essence the old guys shares could still be liquidating.
Still asbestos stuff.
Still not worried about the divvy.
Mario still around (don't see a reason he'd leave). I'd thing he's likely adding and may explain some of the level 2 games.
Under 20 I still think is a gift.
Remember it's a TINY cap, not jsut a smallcap!
"scale in, scale out, online commisisons are cheap"
NEVER buy all at one time! And certainly not on a microcap thinly traded (with big spreads) liek this one!
I have no predictions.
But simple finviz schart shows 15 as a double top. Would be wonderful to break thru that.
Yes I still have considerable common.
I own a few Jan 14 calls underwater currently.
Unless I see something (like large options volume) I'll likely do nothing until after ER.
No real price change today (up .06 to 14.41).
I hope to be able to listen to the call tomorrow.
Wow - I actually think I'm starting to understand Bruno better!
I too over the past year have been selling common. This last time I then bought JAN 14 calls - which will now be severly underwater.
Even at 13.50 KLIC is in nomans land it seems.
And the simple finviz chart shows a double top and this ER/CC won't cause that to be broken. So we could be basically smack dab in the middle of a 3 dollar trading range.
Wedge finally has some growth.
And they are excited about compression bonders - as you would expect.
First question about buyback.
No question about a divvy yet....
I was on another call and I see the LOD under 13 - that was definatley a buy. One to sell maybe later today or monday.
Remember fridays after bad news are often poor. And the general 3 day rule, so IMO it's likely to be next week before it settles down.
I alwasy forget how long they have to wait after an event like a ER/CC to be able to buy shares back.
That's what I heard and scribbled down.
When he said the 14.40 first I thought it was a typical TERRIBLE buy(s), then they stated the average and how far thru the allotted $ they were - and overall it wasn't so bad.
It is still IMO the least destructive thing they can do with some of that cash.
You will be sorely missed!
Infact I've been missing your guidance, enthusiasm, and prudent management for several years like most shareholders already.
Your founding of this company and continued leadership is likely the best I've witnessed or followed.
You've left some awful large shoes to fill, I just don't see anyone on the immediate horizon to come close to filling them.
But it was an outstanding job well done by you. Hated to see it come to an end. We understand why, but wish it wasn't so.
I hope you have even more time to dedicate to the people and things that matter to you for many years to come.
I sincerely appreciate your efforts over the many years.
You will be missed.
Bought back another lot at the same 18.85 today(in a few chunks but not as bad as some buys where they are 1 and 2 share lots that trickle in).
So my latest trading lots are at 19.24 and 18.85.
If it drops another .50 I'll buy another trading lot.

Never hurts to book some profit.
Sometimes I write covered calls, sometimes I sell common, sometimes I sell common and buy calls(leaps usually).
We get above 14 I may do something myself with some trading shares.
I still have some JAN 14 calls under water by 50% presently from a sell common and use proceeds to buy some calls I forget when - maybe a month ago? So it's all house money in them.
Pittsburgh rain and some snow coming and some wind, but not nearly as bad as yours.
Weird cool and wet summer - grass never even burnt out.
Last week wasn't bad, 50's and 60's I'd guess(I forget - maybe warmer). Tue and wed highs below freezing - 20 tomorrow, around freezing the rest of the week.
Weird summer and fall, heck of a transition into winter.
If you own retail winter clothing should certainly sell this year...
Buffalo - nice place, not so much in the winter though...
If you're staying in with a 6 pack the market may be entertaining with a possible over reaction to the Japan 2 quarters of decline plays out.
I bought a half lot at 18.30 this morning an dit looks ot still be going down so I'll buy more significantly under 18 given the chance.
Now a full trading lot at 17.85.
AMTD shows volume as heavy. I see no news yet.
I can't believe it will drop much more. Most of the shares I have are around this price range averaged together, I still have some old shares in an account I don't trade in that are still up 70%.
But most "active" accounts I have I'm about even here jsut south of 18.
But I have booked many gains and received many dividends.

Good luck folks!
Don't know why still dropping but about to add more trading shares.
Also added to DVA today.
I gotta get other things done today!
Currently bid 17.25 - wonder who is dumping and if a real reason?
All it took was another order I entered for 17.30 to turn it around - atleast for now.
You folks are getting buried.
Always helps to have a little food in the house and a generator - which reminds me that I haven't serviced my backup generator this fall - what ever happened to fall anyways?
Hope you don't actually have to commute to work, find a place to park, etc
A yawn, not much of a % of his current holdings and we know he gets heaps of new options.
I can't find the grid of high & low for the day. On the graph it looks like it may not have hit 14.00 on the 20th, but did today.
One thing I did notice though is just how insignificant the short interest is. I actually kinda like it when there are lots of shorts. Since they are just "future owners" and I like to make them pay up!
Good luck folks.
They don't even seem to realize that KLIC is a cyclical and seasonal - comparing qtr4 to qtr 1 for instance.
