Sorry about the misstatement you referenced in the second sentence..

But if the company had maintained .48 oer share dividend, a shareholder would have received more cash from 11/16/09 till today then what they have currently enjoyed.

Nonetheless, kudos again to current management.

Still not addressed? the naming of one of the roller coasters after Lebron James.

    Say what you want.

I am IMPRESSED that in an interview Mark did in China, that he did so speaking in the language of the host country..

That shows me that Zuck has the necessary sensitivity and empathy to continue to lead his company in the years ahead and to do so effectively.

IF you are a shareholder of Facebook you should applaud Zuck's action, This simple gesture of respect may be the start of opening up the Chinese market to Facebook and that shareholders is in YOUR LONG TERM BEST INTEREST.

So txtrader// the last lol is on you for your last post.

If there is one growth market in this country for their products, it would be in the Jewish Hasidic community, where a small family size would consist of 5 children and not uncommonly 8-10 children. Their numbers are increasing rapidly, and might be a market that CRWS would want to pay strong attention to.

Since the Hasidim tend to support fellow Hasidic merchants, CRWS might be able to expand their customer base and place less reliance on the Wal Marts, Targets and Toys-R-US, who they currently rely on for a vast % of their sales.

Until the rate of return on 10 year Treasuries approximate the current dividend yield on RMCF, RMCF is not a bad place to invest idle cash and get a 3.5% + return, along with the favorable tax treatment still afforded to qualified dividends.

If the Feds do eliminate the qualified dividend status, and tax dividend income at one's personal marginal tax rate then it may be time to reconsider this stock in your investment portfolio. If the company reduces or suspends the dividend, it would then be prudent to sell even as a capital loss if you have other investments in your portfolio that could be sold and realize a capital gain.

    Meantime,enjoy the dividend.

Assuming that the McMahon family is taking dividends in lieu of salary
for their respective personal cash flow requirements, the dividend will not be cut.

Tax wise, at least the McMahon's are better served taking cash as dividends instead of compensation, which as long as tax law considers the dividends as qualified, the top tax rate is 20% +( probably in the McMahon's case the 3.8% Medicare surcharge on net investment income).

Vince is the WWE (at least as he sees it) As long as he can walk and talk, he will continue to "be the man" in WWE.

Vince selling to Yahoo and reporting to Marissa??!!!!!! You've got to be kidding. She's a woman, young enough to be his daughter. A snowball has a better chance in surviving in Hades than Vince reporting to ANYONE MUCH A LESS A younger female. Vince is a Type A+ personality. He has to be the one in control . Marissa would have no choice but to remove Vince before the ink becomes dry on the purchase agreement.

And what would Vincent Kennedy Mcmahon do? Charity work? Run for public office?
Spend time with the grandchildren? Quietly ride off into the sunset ala Gene Autry? Hell NO!!!!!!!!!!

The only option I could see Vincent Kennedy McMahon do would be to buy Impact Wrestling . Vince needs the spotlight shone on him, to be the man. (Sorry Nature Boy), to be the one calling the shots,in order to sustain himself. Without that, he may just as well cease to exist.

That option would probably not exist, for I am certain that Yahoo or any other potential buyer would
have specific language in the purchase agreement forbidding Vince to be involved in professional wrestling, sports entertainment, or any reasonable facsimile therein in any conceivable capacity for the remainder of his years.

Thusly ladies and gentleman, WWE remains with Vince. And that's the bottom line because VInce Mcmahon says so!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PDLI Statement Given

The most optimistic reason to give is that no publicly traded company should engage in audit services of the same CPA firm for more than 5-8 years, to reduce the risk of said CPA firm losing its independence, THE BEDROCK FOR ANY AUDIT ENGAGEMENT.

Given E&Y's tenure as the external auditor, perhaps this could be a consideration?

Then she can buy Impact Wrestling, publicly shame Ms Dixie, making her her personal valet, which eventually leads into a series of matches between the two ladies.

The storyline possibilities are potentially endless.

I can't answer your question, but it appears from your holdings, you are an income driven investor. All have substantial yields (at least in this yield challenged market place)

It appears to me that you are a buy and hold investor, desiring to maximize income and using the dividends that these pay to achieve this objective. Thus my thoughts are that this stock would be a "hold" security, that provides you a nice income, in a different sector from the other stocks you have mentioned. Thusly you are diversifying your portfolio, which is a desirable position to take in the marketplace.

I too have a small position in PDLI, maintain it ,and enjoy the dividend it pays.

He can't talk on the mic, he works stiff, and I truly believe he doesn't care if he hurts his opponent in the squared circle.

This clown has no business being in this business. He is better suited for competing in the UFC, although it is highly unlikely he can command the outrageous amount of money that the WWE currently pays him.

As long as Vince is around calling the shots , and the concept of qualified dividend remains in the tax code, . Vince will enjoy an effective tax rate on his dividend income that does not exceed 23.9%, which is considerably less than his marginal tax bracket Thus the dividend shall remain.

Will be for those who recently purchased in this security.

I've got quite a ways to go before I recover my investment. No more risk capital available to purchase any more shares. I was "all in" in that regard when I made the decision when I made this purchase of this security,.

Quoting by one Vince Van Patton of the World Poker tour, when asked by co-host Mike Sexton prior to the start of a broadcast, when asked about the players at the final table and who he thought would win, said, "Mike this field is more wide open than a Kardashian sister on a Saturday night."
(Interesting that the censors allowed that to air). I guess that represents "my expert analysis" of Metabolix at this time.

May as well maintain my position, and read what others say on this post that have far more technical knowledge about Metabolix's products and potential applications and markets than I .

Ric Flair's "rides" on "space mountain" were real.

All his styling and profiling, and not a penny to his name and looking at a mountain of personal debt.

Maybe Natch should go on the comedy circuit ala Mick Foley. The stories he could tell from his days on the road, I am sure would entertain many of us "ham and eggers"

Look at the number of engagements Mr Foley has scheduled this year.
Certainly a "higher" profile Wrestler such as the Nature Boy could do at least replicate Mr. Foley's success. Woooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Metabolix represents a high risk, potential high return security.

While they have an interesting product that can "revolutionize" the industry, we have heard this time after time from any number of companies that have "bellied up".

It appears the jury is scheduled to "render" its verdict on Monday, as to whether or not Metabolix
will issue a potential announcement regarding future financing.

If the jury continues to deliberate and offers no announcement, or said announcement to is the effect, stick and fork in it, we are done, well the market will respond accordingly.

There is no get rich quick scene for the small ham and egger investor in the Wall Street Casino parlor. One should only "invest" in the Metabolix's in the Wall Street Universe to the extent that they will "lose it all" and not cause financial harm to myself and my family. Which is what I did.

I am expecting that my position in this company will "hit too low for zero" by the end of the July 4th holiday. I of course will be disappointed by that outcome, but no one instructed me under duress I must "invest" in this company.

This will bring my risk capital balance to $0. In the sage words C Miller, a former car dealership in Cleveland, C Miller Chevrolet, "I started in this business with nothing, I ended with nothing but I had a good time in between". Amen.
