I'd ask this question to the intellectual G-d Aviantruth.

I suspect at this time that he is on his luxury barge, in the company of a number of lovely ladies. simply swooning with delight as he explains the fundamentals of puts, calls, straddles, iron collars, and other assorted investment strategies.

One thing is for certain. The lovely damsels have huge cash flow requirements, so it is just a question of when Aviantruth will return to the markets once again and use his proprietary knowledge to raise the cash necessary to keep the damsel's attention and affections.intact.

I eagerly await his return. All hail the king of rare earths.

As a publicly traded company, they are required to have an audit performed by an independent CPA firm performed on an annual basis..

As far as firing the board, well if you a shareholder, you could on your proxy statement vote against the directors and shareholders when they come up for reelection.

The problem with that though is Vincent Kennedy McMahon and the family control are the majority shareholders.

Unhappy ? I only can see one option available to you. Close out your position with this company.

I guess you and the Nature Boy Ric Flair will continue to party hearty with all the lovely damsels

I figure by now even you have come to realize that the lovely damsels, be they the World Poker Tour's Royal Flush Girls, the World's most interesting Dos Eqiuis man's hand maidens or the Nature Boy's admirers all have one thing in common, they all have huge cash flow requirements.

    Stay thirsty my friend.

    . Woooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This stock's price is falling faster than the Nature Boy's face (you can use your imagination here) during his typical night' s entertainment

That event happens when Nature Boy Ric Flair makes everyone financially whole especially his 4 ex wives.

I think you know when that will take place. Woooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haven't you been paying ANY ATTENTION to that financial genius AVIANTRUTH, Canine Cunning, Insect Insight, and whatever clever screen names that he has used on the board in days past?

Don't know how to get hold of this self proclaimed financial g-d unfortunately to assist you in this matter. He is probably on his oversized barge at the present time, with a plethora of lovely damsels, just worshiping his every word (or so he thinks) while they continue to deplete him of his financial resources he acquired as a result of his shorting activities in the rare earth markets.

After all it is a given that the lovely damsels have huge cash flow requirements.

He and professional wrestling superstar nature boy Ric Flair went styling and profiling and kissed the girls and made them cry with all his gains from shorting this stock.

Perhaps he and World Poker Tour commentator Vince Patten decided to see just "how wide open is a Kardashian sister on a Saturday night".

As Shaina Twain would say, "So you have a car, that don't impress me much.?

Is There really any hope for MCP and the stock?

    by msdleo Mar 24, 2015 10:21 PM
daveedandlaura daveedandlaura Mar 25, 2015 10:41 AM Flag

Will the Feds consider that MCP is the only company that owns property that contains rare earth minerals,a necessary component material in the production of items vital to the national defense of our country? That outlook may lead to Feds to conclude that this company must remain a going concern, and be financially helped.

    Unknown and uncertain.

Recommedation: Do you have any money, in which you can comfortably lose IN ITS ENTIRETY, without putting you and your family in financial harm? If so, why not. take a
shot by purchasing MCP. common stock.

You've got ladies willing ready and able (presumably) to spend 4K for a handbag with some designer name on it. I'd say to hell with the purse, and use that 4K and buy 10,000 or so shares of MCP instead. Ladies, you just might be able to get purchase your Gucchi handbag, along with matching shoes and whatever "necessary" accessories go along with the package, and your old man might be able to enjoy a "toy" of his own as well.

    Delayed gratification, folks.

If in fact VInce resigned this overated talent, here is my concern.

What is the reaction from the other talents on the roster? Many work a full time schedule, have been with the company longer, and many undoubtedly make significantly less dollars than this ham and egger, whose microphone skills are so bad that they need to keep Heyman as his second to "do his talking for him" ( I will admit that Heyman is quite entertaining , articulate and skilled in this public speaking role)

Does Brock draw money? Yes he does Should they keep the belt on him for now. Yes, Reigns is not ready (and if indeed he has been resigned).. Yes that conceivably elevates the compensation for the other talents

I still believe that Brock does work "stiff" in the ring, and does not give a damn about the safety of his partner when they are engaged in the square circle. Can Brock lead and tell a compelling story in the ring?
Brock's certainly no Ric Flair in that capacity. Dave Batista could not initially but at least he made every effort to learn that part of the craft and made a conscientious effort to learn it . Don't get that impression from Lesnar.

At least bring Brock's wife\Rena Mero back (at no additional cost o WWE but I have no objections if in a very limited role) and maybe then you may see some value with resigning Lesnar. ,

If isthislega were a kind individual, he would use his vast knowledge, short a few thousand shares, and donate the proceeds to Ric Flair's four ex-wives, the financially strapped professional wrestler, who could only win and be a champion in the scripted professional wrestling world.

They would certainly appreciate receiving some of the back support the Nature Boy owes them.

Perhaps if there is any money left over, perhaps he and Flair can take a journey to Space Mountain, where one can be styling and profiling only the way the Nature Boy can. Wooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There I specific rules in place as to when a stock is deemed worthless, when one can writeoff their basis in the security.

I strongly urge you to talk to your tax adviser regarding this scenario

As a farewell gesture, I believe that MCP should send all their shareholders of record a "piece of a rare earth rock" as something to remember the company by.

MCP may very well be a case study that should be taught at all university MBA programs as to how government regulations play a vital role in impacting a company's operation and to what extent it played in the failure of the company to remain a going concern. We need to seriously discuss the economic law of diminishing returns and how it relates when government on ALL LEVELS, federal, state and local mandates more and more regulations, environmental, labor , safety, yadda yadda yadda yadda..

Better yet, ANYONE DESIRING to make their career in public service, should be REQUIRED TO DO THIS CASE STUDY at the undergraduate level.. Most of us will agree that THE MAJORITY of our public officials have ZERO EXPERIENCE AND ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS on how to run and operate a business.

What's his current screen name Dolf Nacht?

Hate to say that this legend in his own mind appears to have been correct.

He's been quiet. Wonder if we'll hear anything from this guru
today, given the decline in share price in after hours trading.

If the g-d of investing is currently cruising on this luxury barge,
he better hope that the price continues to decline.
