The SEC has their hands full with Patriarch CEO Lynn Tilton the diva of distressed companies right now.

Given Ms. Tilton's past eyebrow rising behaviors, maybe the SEC can somehow obtain a sample of Ms. Tilton' s hair and have her tested using one of PMD's proprietary methods for the potential existence of controlled substances in her person.

    I'm staying the course.

If the dividend drops, I would reconsider.

Curious, three private Cleveland area high schools recently did contract with PMD in testing their students.Yes there was a related party involved, the company CEO and one of the school's board presidents that probably helped cement those contracts.

Has PMD been able to follow up with obtaining additional customers from that market segment?

Call in Lynn Tilton, the diva of distressed companies to take over the operations.?

Might be amusing to hear what names she can call the PMD executives at her first executive board meeting. . On second thought, given her past eyebrow raising behaviors, not sure that this company would be a good fit.

As long as the dividend is maintained, I'm not going anywhere

Three day trader, please use your financial acumen to help the poor downtrodden 16 time World Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Nature Boy Ric Flair deal with his considerable cash flow problems.

He in turn can take you on an excursion on Space Mountain that you will never forget. Wooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or perhaps you can sponsor World Poker tour commentator Vince Van Patten on his next poker tournament.

He in turn can introduce you to the Royal Flush Girls. How awesome would that be?

  • daveedandlaura daveedandlaura Jun 29, 2015 9:38 AM Flag

First Energy fits the profile as stated in paragraph 2

There are indeed posters who use this type of forum on many if not all message boards to express opinions that are more for 'perceived" entertainment value or to "tell the world" just how "smart" they are (say DofNacht a regular contributor on the Molycorp board) and how stupid the rest of us are, or to just "pitch a Xitch" about the company, its products its management, in a vain attempt to call attention to themselves than to assist individuals in arriving providing information to help them in their respective investment decisions.

At least we can still express MOST OPINIONS FREELY and I trust and pray that I will be dead and forgotten by time that right disappears.

On a more serious note more regarding Ms Tilton

Would she be interested in buying MCP?

Lynn Tilton has been given the moniker as "The Diva of Distressed Companies". If her mission is to save American jobs MCP qualifies. I turn dust into diamonds, well MCP both figuratively and very closely literally qualifies.

Can her healthy companies such as Spegel Rand McNally and Stila Cosmetics generate the cash required to service MCP's debt as well as their own, and yield yet another revenue stream for Patriarch Partners, (Lynn) thru the use of the CLO structure?

No one can argue that Ms Tilton is not aggressive She is the "poster child" for the Type A personality, both in appearance and personality. She takes no prisoners.

Does it make sense for Ms Tilton to be involved in MCP? How significant are rare earths in the operation of the companies she currently owns and controls?

Personally, I admire Ms. Titlon's drive and intelligence although some of the tools that she has deployed to get to where she has got to today appear to be questionable Her over the top personal appearance with her form revealing designer clothing expensive designer jewelry makeup to give her a " Barbie Doll " look designed specifically to call attention to herself (hopefully from Stila Cosmetics) is unprofessional and inappropriate in any business setting outside a strip club.

Nonetheless I wish her well in her battle with the SEC..

    The party's over for Aviantruth.

No more money to be made shorting this stock. No more lovely damsels (who we all know have huge cash flow requirements) to serenade on his oversized barge. The cash spigot that was flowing as a result of the shorting activities has been shut off.

The time has arrived for one last big blow-out. Aviantruth here are some of the guests you may want to consider including on the guest list:

    1. Holly Madison
    2. CEO Patriarch Partners Lynn Tilton
    3. The World Poker Tour Royal Flush Girls
4 World Poker Tour's Vince Van Patten
    5. 16 time World Wrestling Champion Ric Flair
    6. World Wrestling Entertainment Chairman Vince McMahon
7 Dos Equis World's Most Interesting Man

That would be a party to end all parties. As a nice final gesture, all guests should receive a rare earth rock so all can have something to remember MCP by.

Tilton I am confident will find a way to monetize that rock.

Daisy doodle, sell and close your position in this company.

  • daveedandlaura daveedandlaura Jun 24, 2015 9:45 AM Flag

If WWE wrestling superstar Stone Cold Steve Austin thinks they ought to , well if you don't then Austin 3:16 will kick you in the backside, give you a Stone Cold Stunner, and yell, "and that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold says so!!!!

And if that ain't enough motivation, we can always call in Ms. Laura Tilton, CEO of Patriach Partners, to grab you by the collar, take you to a mirror and shrill, "what I see hear is some lazy fat xxxuck.

Those rare earths, will get mined.

A rare earth rock has potentially more value.

I am certain that some of Aviantruth' s lovely damsels are as dumb as rocks. So I suspect you could fool some of them by giving them one of them (just remember to shine them real pretty now you all hear) and get to enjoy the "pleasure" of their company.

What's wrong is that characters like dolf nacht/Aviantruth can continue to make money shorting this stock

But then again, the lovely damsels would say "This is what's RIGHT at MCP.

We all know that they have HUGE cash flow requirements, so dolf/nacht must continue his shorting activities so that he can continue to live the dream.

Your screen name sounds like a name of a legal firm

MCP is certainly affected from all the rules and regulations dictated by the multitude of federal, state and local government kings and queens that go by the alphabet soup names of OSHA, EPA, DOL, DOJ, and others that would cover probably every letter in our alphabet

Ever hear of the economic concept of the "law of diminishing returns"? Simply put, at some point, that next rule and regulation created causes the marginal cost to exceed the marginal benefit. MCP probably has some time ago been put in the position of the marginal cost exceeding the marginal return.

Why remain in business? Forget Mountain Pass, me thinks the management and shareholders of MCP should all join wrestling superstar Nature Boy Ric Flair on his next journey to Space Mountain. Extract rare earths? Not Slick Rick! Those of you familiar with Mr. Flair, will know what "mining activities" occur (or hope to occur) at this location. Woooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prime Time Players Darrin Young and Titus O'Neil and by his own declarations on this Yahoo board, thru his shorting activities in the rare earth markets.

Proclamith Stone Cold Steve Austin, " and that' s the bottom line cause Stone Cold says so/!!!!

I'd rather play poker at the same table against Phil Ivey Doyle Brunson, Phil Helmuth, Daniel Negranu, Barry Goldstein, Gus Hanson and Mike Sexton.

I;d have a better chance of beating these top poker stars.

Since there is no chance in xell that I would win at that table, t at least I would have a meet and greet session with the lovely Royal Flush damsels.

No revenue in March quarter? Continued deterioration of cash and short term investments?

Why is the market so interested in this company at the present time?

How can any reputable investment manager be risking investor's money in this company??

Prime example of why it is called the "Wall Street Casino".

May as well play poker instead. I might get lucky and get to talk with a lovely Royal Flush damsel.

On second thought, with my luck, I'd get a "meet and greet" session with Vince Van Patten instead.

Why would anyone be willing to disclose their "secrets to investment riches" to all of us ham and eggers out there ? Me thinks that they figure that there are indeed a vast population of ham and eggers willing to part with their dollars in exchange for receiving their "expert advice"

I'd rather spend those dollars entering a World Poker Tour event instead.
At least there I might be able to spend some time at the Royal Flush bar chatting with the lovely Royal Flush damsels And who wouldn't want an opportunity to ask Vince Van Patten how he knows the Kardashian sisters so intimately?

  • daveedandlaura daveedandlaura May 13, 2015 9:44 AM Flag

The least that MCP can do is give all their beleaguered investors(except for that intellectual genius Dolf Nacht, Aviantruth, or whatever pseudo name currently in favor) a "piece of the rock" so that the investors will always have something to remember the company by.

Well I guess all one can conclude is what that former famous car dealer from Ohio C Miller of C Miller Chevrolet said:

"I started in this business with nothing, I left this business with nothing, but I had a great time in between"

Sayeth the 16 time World Wrestling Champion Nature Boy Ric Flair upon his return from the "mountain" (space, not pass)

    Woooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, that cannot be said (starting with nothing, and having a good time in between) for so many of Molycorp's present and past shareholders.
